While the project underwent some revisions, their team remained flexible and cooperative. They also ensured everything was delivered before the deadline, even working some late nights to meet it. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction - it's clear why they're one of the top animation studios.

My experience with Delta Animations was extremely disappointing. Communication was virtually non-existent, resulting in an undelivered project. Despite numerous calls that were supposed to be about the project, they turned out to be thinly veiled attempts to upsell additional services. It became apparent that they operate more like a sales company than an actual animation studio, outsourcing projects to freelance animators in India rather than having an in-house team of animation creators. This lack of transparency about their operations is concerning and undermines their credibility as an animation company. Avoid at all costs.

A Disheartening Encounter with Delta Annimations

Opting for Delta Annimations based on promising reviews turned out to be a grave mistake, leaving me profoundly disillusioned after 9 months of disappointment. While the initial acclaim seemed genuine, it's now apparent that these reviews were likely penned by Delta insiders, lacking in authenticity and variety.

From the outset, I found myself besieged by relentless sales and dubious calls, adding to the frustration of an already trying experience. Communication from Delta was sporadic at best, and despite payment, the promised project failed to materialize. Attempts to seek recourse, including refund requests, were met with silence, compelling me to escalate the matter to the authorities.
Adding insult to injury, it emerged that Delta Annimations does not operate from the United States, contradicting their claims and further undermining credibility. The prolonged 12-month delay rendered the project obsolete, its intended purpose long surpassed.

In summary, my tenure with Delta Annimations has been a harrowing ordeal marked by communication breakdowns, unmet obligations, and a distinct lack of accountability. I strongly caution against engaging with this entity, as my experience serves as a cautionary tale of the worst kind.
