Big fraud… authorities should intervene.. how r they allowed to loot at this level

My experience with Delta Smart World – unfortunately, not a good one

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I feel my experience with Delta Smart World is worth sharing because people considering a travel membership should know what the actual booking process can be like.

We took the membership expecting a convenient and hassle-free travel experience. Unfortunately, we have faced quite the opposite.

From the beginning, getting timely responses and clear information was a challenge. We had to follow up repeatedly regarding our travel plans and hotel arrangements. As the travel dates approached, the delays became increasingly stressful.

Our original plan was to visit Hyderabad. Because of the delays in communication and the dates getting closer, we eventually changed our destination to Bangalore, which was a more convenient and closer option.

Even after changing the destination, we continued to face difficulties with the booking process, including hotel selection, child-policy charges, additional payments and third-party booking arrangements.

One incident particularly summarizes our experience:

We made the AMF and child-policy payment on 15 August 2026 at 11:12 AM. However, we received the booking vouchers and confirmation only on 16 August 2026 at 8:38 PM.

When you're planning a trip and the dates are approaching, waiting more than a day for confirmation after making the required payment is extremely stressful. It also leaves the customer worrying about whether the hotel and preferred arrangements will actually be available.

The purpose of taking a travel membership is to make things simpler and more convenient. In our case, we ended up spending considerable time following up, waiting for responses and trying to get clarity on arrangements.

I'm sharing this based on our personal experience, and I'm not saying that every customer will necessarily face the same situation. However, if you're considering Delta Smart World, I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions before making a payment.

In particular, get clear information in writing about:

- Hotel booking and confirmation timelines
- What happens if your preferred hotel is unavailable
- Third-party booking arrangements
- Child-policy charges
- Additional fees
- Destination changes
- Cancellation terms
- Refund conditions

After our experience, we are extremely dissatisfied and have lost confidence in the service. We are now considering cancellation of the membership and requesting a refund.

I would genuinely like to know from other Delta Smart World members — have you experienced similar problems with communication, hotel bookings or last-minute arrangements?

I'm sharing this so that prospective customers can make an informed decision rather than relying only on what is explained during the membership process.

The worst company for any travel booking . Before membership they say very big big statement after buy membership they treat you like you asking for free. pathetic behavior. Don't falls for their frauds.

Stay away from them . Poor service . They will charge membership and do nothing . Useless membership and worst customer service
