DemandPromo Reviews

I have used tis company for three different promotion items now, I have been highly satisfied with the items themselves, the turn around time as well as the level of customer service I have received. I would highly recommend DemandPromo to anyone in the market for promotional items.

Great Customer Service. Josh Gross helped me from start to finish. Providing great quality merchandise and direction. I would recommend this company to anyone. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Josh was able to answer all my questions and was so patient with me too.

Everything from start to finish was excellent! The fidget spinners look awesome. The delivery was five days early! I highly recommend

Amazing we are very happy with the communication, questions answered and very happy with the product

Mike with DemandPromo was great to work with! He answered all my questions and the Art. Dept. provided us with great designs. The product we received was in excellent condition. And we just put in a second order!

Working with DemandPromo was a wonderful experience! The product was delivered on time, individually boxed and exceeded all expectations. I order promotional items several times a year and this was the best experience to date.

I received excellent customer service and extremely quick turnaround. The product was even better than I anticipated.

Excellent customer service and we were really happy with the quality of the products we ordered.

The product looks so nice. Ordering was so easy cause Mike was there every step of the way to guide you. He was so helpful and very patient in answering all my questions. Thank you.

This was the easiest purchase I have ever made representing my organization. From start to finish, every aspect of the process was taken care of with quick communication and attention to detail. I know he said it was business as usual, but Mike took care of everything short of making the delivery himself!

Thanks!

We used DemandPromo to order portable chargers for a 1-day conference at Penn State. We were in a bit of a crunch to get these ordered and delivered and DemandPromo worked with us every step of the way. A special shoutout to Mike, who was super helpful and extremely quick with answers/responses with every communication. Mike and DemandPromo made it simple and fluid for us to submit our design, order our power banks, and have them delivered in a timely fashion. We highly recommend DemandPromo!!!

Great team to work with and will order again and again.

Josh Gross was great to work with! Will defiantly use him in the future.

We used DemandPromo to order some custom printed USB power banks. From the very first quote to the final product, responses from Mike were fast, helpful, and ensured we were able to get the product we were interested in on time for our event. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

My experience working with DemandPromo has been one of the most pleasant of my professional career. Josh, in particular, was exceeding helpful and thorough. He was very understanding as we worked through a couple small issues on my side of the transaction. I will absolutely work with DemandPromo and Josh again - looking forward to the experience!

The logo was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Shipping was fast..

Good quality, quick turnaround time and great communication from Mike Berkowitz during ordering/delivery processes. Will use again! :)

Josh was excellent to work with and the portable power banks were a hit!

From start to finish, my sales rep was so helpful and made sure he was able to accommodate all of my requests. The finished product came out amazing and it shipped a lot sooner than expected--for free!

This was a great experience. I wanted fewer than 50, and they were able to accommodate me with an order for 25. They shipped quickly and look great - and just like the proof. I'm very pleased with this transaction.
