THIS IS A SCAM!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two hoodies for their buy one get one free special TWO YEARS AGO and never received my items. I was patient at first because they stated they were having manufacture issues or something but as a year was approaching and months after I was growing impatient. When emailing them you either get a regular automated response that doesn’t answer any of your questions or when they actually do it’s passive aggressive and making empty promises about it being on the way or arriving soon. They also told me that if I still haven’t received then it was lost in transit and to take that up with USPS but when trying to give the tracking number they gave me it was said it was invalid…Not only would they not allow a refund or ignored it anytime I brought it up.. but it’s far too late to even dispute the charge which is why I say this company is a scam. Please save your time and hard earned money from this shitty ass company

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered from them over a year ago and haven’t received a refund or my clothing item, it’s just a scam, this is why I be trying not to give in to instagram brands, this honestly got me heated.

Ordered back in November 2024, never got an update for anything still never received product, never got a refund, shitty scammers who are desperate to steal your money these people are dumb enough to scam an entire group of people, now they’re suddenly “out of business” they never had one to begin with. I have no way of getting my money back either so yeah 👍 these guys are lame, hope they get what they deserve.

i got a small piece of paper from them saying this to me. mind you i order four things and outta all of them i got a xl hoodie (im a medium)……. (demon basement letter) “ i apologize to everyone who has ordered multiple items that were in batches 1-6, i also appreciate everyone support as this brand is almost at 200k followers in less than a year and will continue to improve experience for you all everytime. you all are not customers yall are family and true supporters thank you for being through the company ups and downs we had a new company with that due to customs delays i decided to refund all 20,000 orders i deeply do apologize

Ordered from them june 2024 , still havent received any of my items. i have emailed them on several occasions asking for updates and for a refund on my order, no response. and if i did get a response, itd be months later. give me my money back!!! thanks!

Dawg I ordered two hoodies a year ago n ts never came

My dad ordered this super cute zip up for me from Demons Basement. We ordered it in December of 2024. It is now approaching the end of 2025. He has sent 2-3 emails asking what is going on, and they just keep saying they're busy with various shipments/orders. After the second email, they stopped replying. This is bs!! Do not order from here, it is such a scam.

Unfortunately, Demons Basement LLC has encountered a production and customs issue. The remaining shipment of boxes was seized on September 24, 2025, and as a result, we have begun the refund process.
However, at this time, we're unable to issue refunds directly because our payout accounts have been placed on hold by Stripe Payments for a 180-day reserve period, which is expected to be released by April 2, 2026.
If you are unable to wait until that date, please present this email to your bank and request a chargeback as soon as possible.

This is what was sent to consumers (privately I may add) after they threatened legal action - after months that the owner DK insulted consumers who asked about their orders, told them to just wait and gaslighting people wondering where their money was going. This email was not sent to everyone who has been attempting to contact them and was not even posted on social media (they are active, mind you). All this talk about email updates upon email updates with clickbait titles but when it’s time to email your customers that the business is “closing” (they just couldn’t deliver and want to run from it) suddenly they can’t email. If you ordered something from Demons Basement, firstly give this message to your bank and attempt a chargeback even if it is pass the claim date - BoA said they may work with me. You will have to contact your banks customer service and speak with an agent. Second, please file a complaint with the Alabama Attorney General Consumer Complaint Division (can be found on Google) to ensure that they are unable to ever attempt to open a business again. This is the 2nd or 3rd business they have tried to open and failed miserably. Do not trust that you will get your money in April (by the way, Stripe only puts funds on hold for suspicious activity or high chargebacks - dropshipping and not having product on hand before it is fulfilled is allegedly against their TOS, combined with many people recognizing they probably weren’t getting the product is the only reason why “they can’t give refunds” - DO NOT TRUST THIS AND CALL YOUR BANK AND MAKE A REPORT)!

DemonsBasement is an online store of alternative apparel. One would think they are a legitimate brand from their thousands of followers. Sadly, that is not at all the case. Many people, including myself, placed orders with this brand in the hopes of receiving a unique article of apparel; instead, they had to wait months for an item that never arrived. On January 1st, I placed an order totaling $92.50. As of November 20th, I have yet to receive a single thing, and I am now down $92.50. They attempt to trick you into thinking that the items are being produced and would be delivered in a few months, but in reality, they are defrauding several people of their money, and by the time they become tired of waiting or realize what’s going on, it's too late for them to dispute the claim. In 2023 they started as a different brand called “Walkinutopia”, where they soon abandoned that brand and rebranded as DemonsBasement. If you look up the brand online, you'll find that all of their Instagram comments have been disabled and that their website has been removed. They no longer offer email assistance and won't communicate with any of their customers.

literally still waiting on an order I placed in December of 2023💀 I kept asking them for a refund and their excuse was how it takes a while for their packages and shipment bs . Silly me continued buying more of their drops just cus I rly liked their merch just for the shit to never get here. Awful company and people.

Purchased from them last March. Never got anything from my order. Sadly was all gifts, so super let down. Filing with the BBB and shopify is looking into them now too as they dissappeared.

Ordered a hoodie from them on march 9th, 2024. still have not gotten my product. they will not answer my emails and have not given shipment updates on their instagram for months. i have gotten a good quality hoodie from them before but i would not endorse them.

I bought from them, thinking their merch was really cool. I was very nice with them even though it's been months since I got it, and they kept telling me its coming, it's coming. A year later, they vanished, and when I contacted their managers, they LEGIT told me to k*ll myself and that I'm ugly. This is a business run into the dirt

Wow this makes me sad… All of your 5 star emails are fake. All of them include something about waiting a long period or something about shipping delays and they can’t do “nothing about it” and saying they received it. You guys are probaly a group of 19-24 yrlds no matter what I will get my money back. If you do not respond to me then you won’t respond ever again. This is not a threat, or is it?

I ordered my items back in March, Never got a shipping update even though they said my order was shipped. They won’t respond to any emails. Totally ridiculous. I’m so disappointed

Order from this company about 2 years ago and bought a couple of bomber jackets I thought were super dope and never received a single one of them. Makes me mad and upset that I never got them and then to make matters worse they continue to send the same email. Scammers for sure

They are scammers! I had to dispute my charges with the bank and was unfortunately only refunded for one of the items I purchased. I placed an order over a year ago and all I received was an incomplete USPS tracking number. What a shame that these people are scamming. Do not fall for it.
