Ordered and paid €240 on April 16 2025 never received anything and no answers to my emails. It’s a scam

I placed the order on 12/1/2024, with an expected delivery date of 45 days. But it's been almost 5 months, and still nothing.
I contacted them through the website, but I haven't received any response. I sent emails, but I haven't received any response either.
I'm led to believe that this is just a scam.

Fiz contato pelo site, mas não obtive nenhuma resposta. Enviei e-mails, mas também não recebi nenhuma resposta.
Estou levado a crer que isso é apenas um golpe.

This was a birthday gift for my wife. Everything was just perfect: the designing process, payment, delivery time... All good. And the end product looks amazing.

It has been a really enjoyable experience designing our 2 frames, both located in the city of Madrid in just a few minutes (very intuitive). It is also remarkable Demurin support via chat. I would highlight the frame quality and its handmade manufacturing process. I recommend generating a map that includes green and water to combine different colors in the composition.

Website very easy to use in order to personalise frame. Quick delivery and frame as good as expected. Highly recommend for personal touch

I order a map for a gift and it had been the best gift ever. The quality of the mar, the frame and all is perfect.

La facilité avec laquelle on choisi sa carte, la combinaisons des couleurs et la qualité des produits en font une expérience unique. Quand j'ai réceptionné le paquet je me suis réjouis de voir avec quel soin mon tableau de 60x70cm était protégé. J'ai aimé l'idée que ce coin de monde a été fait en France par des artisans avec des matières de qualités. Bravo, quiconque découvre ma ville par le biais de DeMurin est enchanté!

Fantastic product - I bought this for my son and he just loves it.

El resultado supera la expectativa. Me ha encantado. El envío muy bien, llega perfectamente embalado. Es un regalo muy diferente y la calidad es estupenda.

Bonne expérience. La livraison a été un peu longue mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Le tableau est très beau même si le coloris bleu représentant l'eau est un peu décevant car tirant sur le gris mais ceci est contrebalancé par les espaces verts colorés.

I ordered a map from Demurin Studio and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the product is extremely high: very detailed, exactly the way I thought it would look like. The web page is easy to navigate and practical when it comes to create the map. I’m pretty sure I’ll order some more wall arts in the future!

Peut se placer dans une pièce comme un séjour, comparable à un vrai tableau d'art moderne.

The team are really helpful, answered lots a questions and were able to deal with specific requests for adjustments. And the product looks really good. That's the second one we have now.

The final product was even better than I expected. My wife teared up when she saw it. Couldn't be happier.

The Demurin site was easy to use. The frame arrived quickly and looked exactly as I had scaled it. A beautiful momento of a very special moment for my son and his now fiancée. I love the red dot option!
