There's a reason so many have reviewed Denevos so low. Initially my return request was denied on multiple occasions for trousers that after just two uses inside my apartment started to bobble. They claimed the items need to be re-sellable (even though they're faulty so not re-sellable). Additionally they try charge you to return faulty items. After over a week of communication, they finally agreed for me to pay for two returns but suggested that likely they won't refund me anyway, so clearly I'm not keen to spend on two returns, for them to take weeks to get back to me and potentially lose my trousers and money. Shocking company, never dealt with one so unhelpful and rude, especially considering this is their quality control problem. Avoid this company at all costs.

To clarify since the companies response. Yes I wore the trousers on 3 occasions around my apartment, literally sat in an office chair, so very light use. One thing for anyone considering buying from this company, would you expect to spend around £45 on a pair of trousers that only last 3 days of light use?

I initially also contacted them after 2 weeks, which they didn’t initially respond. Which was 2 weeks as I didn’t wear them for the first week. Fairly reasonable and well within my consumer rights, which this company doesn’t honour.

For anyone considering this company, just look at the reviews and then the responses. Is this a company you want to buy from?

Have returned 2 x orders to them using their portal and following the instructions with no further reponse. I have now checked the portal and it’s showing as returns are outside of the returns window, despite it taking nearly 4 weeks to come through the post (I appreciate this was due to postal strikes) However I am sure how I can be held to 35 days when almost all of that time was taken up on delivery.

Despite emailing several times the only response was that they would resend but still nothing
No reply on my request for a refund
I will never buy agsin from this shoddy organisation
Thanks for your reply but the items have not arrived and have not been signed for by me as I have been at work from 6 am until 6 pm every day . I would like to see the signature and proof of delivery. Also this is the fastest response I have received from your company.

Asked them for a return as the trousers I ordered were cheap and nasty. They looked more like a pair of leggings practically see through. Avoid at all costs as the pictures don’t match the product.

The fact you’ve got 2.5 stars off reviews makes it hard to believe you’ve got 1000 of customers waiting for more trousers. Its been days now after I received a email regarding the update about my refund. It seems if customers don’t chase you you’re happy not to help. Will be going to trading standards if issue isn’t resolved soon. I placed my dispatch label with the returns parcel along with a note which stated the order number, items in question names and address and it was recorded delivery which was signed for by Rhys which i assume works for yourself?

I have emailed them to request a return on 6th July, but still not received a response. I have to report fraud to my bank.

Really nice product.
Material is very comfortable can't wait to see what comes out for see what comes out for the winter collection.

Ordered the all black T-shirt and next day delivery. Brilliant service throughout, had a few queries on sizing but answered really quick, will definitely order again. The T-shirt is such good quality, fits great and has a nice feel to it

Received my three T-shirts this morning next day delivery. Very very impressed with the quality and the design, they fit perfectly. Love the extra embroidered badges and the raised letters.
I will definitely be keeping my eye on this company and buy more in the future

I know this brand is aimed mainly for the younger generation ( I’m 57 ) but I liked the look of the T Shirts so ordered 3 different ones they arrived on time & in great condition , they look & feel quality , size wise I’m normally a L but went for a M as these T Shirt look even better with a snug fit , overall I’m very happy with the quality & service & would highly recommend them
