Avoid if you are under an NHS Wales dentist.
Fobbed me off citing an apparently Welsh redress scheme entitled Putting Things Right. I had never heard of this so I checked and it no longer exists! They refer you onto Welsh solicitors Hugh James to supposedly help with this process however Hugh James thus far have not got back to me and so they may ge getting a review shortly too. Thankfully a different firm in England has now taken my case on.

Great experience, so easy to apply and go forward with my claim!

It doesn't happen in Canada. The dental negligence and malpractice victim's are penalized if they reported a dentist. The school of dentist protect their own. Rebecca case is similar to mine.
