James hoare is very pleasant and has a bright energy towards everyone.

Staff are always fantastic, the building is always emacculate and clean. I would recommend highly.

Fantastic service . Full implants in January. My dentist was great. Got my full set of temporary s. Can’t wait to get the permanent teeth in late June early July. Highly recommend. And the sedation was well worth it . Cannot recommend enough

I went to Dentaprime in late 2025 for full-mouth dental implants after seeing their slick advertising and 3D imaging consultation. They told me I was an ideal candidate for both upper and lower jaws, I paid over £11,000 upfront, and signed a treatment plan on that basis.

What followed felt like a textbook bait-and-switch. Just before surgery they suddenly announced they couldn’t do the lower jaw “for medical reasons” (thin bone) — something never mentioned during the expensive scans and consent process. After I complained they offered a watered-down partial plan that still left me with temporary teeth only and ongoing pain from the upper work. Independent dentists I’ve since seen refuse to touch the lower jaw in isolation because the arches now don’t match.

I’ve ended up with thousands of pounds spent on work that was never delivered , constant discomfort, and a complete loss of trust. The clinic eventually refunded less than half what I paid and have been slow and unhelpful ever since.

In my view this is classic money-grabbing behaviour — take the big deposit, change the plan after the money is in their account, and hope the patient just gives up. After this experience I looked at Trustpilot, Facebook groups and other patient forums and was shocked to see dozens of other people describing almost identical stories: sudden plan changes, refund battles, and feeling misled.

If you’re considering implants here, please read every single bad review first. I wish I had. This practice left me in pain, out of pocket, and with no solution. I’ve now reported them to the GDC and the Dental Complaints Service. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere you can actually trust.

Wonderful service and treatment. From day one I have been made to feel welcome and at ease james and krista have been great aswell.

Just finished my final check up after having implants and couple of crowns. I can smile now with no embarrassment and have received multiple compliments about my new teeth.

Unprofessionals no information at all no care for the pacient do no left this people play whit you live for my the damaged is done but if can save same body fron this horrible company I will be grateful
