Following my original review, I have remained in contact with Dentordu in an attempt to resolve these issues. Unfortunately, I have received very little assistance or support.

As a result of the poor quality of the treatment provided, I have now been advised that I will need extensive corrective dental work in the UK, at an estimated cost of £18,000.

I am extremely disappointed with both the outcome of the treatment and the lack of aftercare and responsibility shown since raising my concerns.

From the initial consultation to the physical appointments, no detail was left out! The service is impeccable and the dentists and their team are fantastic. As a nervous patient, they are reassuring, ease your fears and talk you through every step of the way. The hotel accommodation was fantastic and the transfers between appointments were always in good time. I can’t recommend Dentordu enough. A special thank you to Kalim and Ozlem for their support every day. I couldn’t be happier!

I got my teeth done at dentordu in 2 trips. I came first in February, the care I received was brilliant, I received 3 implants into my lower jaw. I didn't experience any pain what so ever,I didn't have to take any painkillers. The healing process was over 16 weeks with no complications. I came for my 2nd visit in june received 26 crowns. The dentist who done my teeth was really gentle with me, nothing was too much. My journey has been smooth all the way through and painless (I was really surprised). The staff are amazing very polite and caring, felt like I have known them for a long time.
I wish I got them done sooner, they have changed my whole appearance. I highly recommend coming to dentordu. I have recommended these to all of my family and friends too.

ich bin rundum zu frieden , habe meine Gaumenplatte weg , ich war vor 8 Wochen in Istanbul, bei der Klinik Tm,,,,,Smile , wo ich auf meine Flug u Hotel kosten blieb die mir nicht helfen konnten ,Erst versprochen haben, nur private Sachen haben die da interssiert , besonders der Chef davon , furchtbar , aber von Anfang an Hat mich Frau Hamiyet von der Vordiagnose , versorgungsplan Überzeugt.Ich kann euch nicht danke genug sagen , ihr habt mir neues leben gegeben Spüre meine Backzähne beim kauen, Sehen wunderschön aus preis 1 drittel wie in Deutschland .. eure Myrjam

All dentOrdu was a perfect experience i would definitely 100% recommend they keep you updated with everything including your plan stay ,travelling and transfers from the airport too your hotel.
All staff are perfect really lovely people . My treatment was pain free no uncomfortable pain nothing from having an implants fitted and crowns they also give you medication it's really good definitely worth checking these Guys out Thank you DentOrdu 😍

I had my dental procedure completed in October 2025( wanted to give my new teeth a good test run before putting a review on 😁 ) And to say I'm happy with the result would be an understatement, I am over the moon with the result. I can't thank Dentordu and all the very professional staff enough. They have changed my life and gave me my confidence back. From the beginning to the end of my journey,everything was organised perfectly. All the staff were so friendly and helpful to make me feel at ease. Thank you to Eray my coordinator in the UK for setting everything up and answering all my questions, also Serap my coordinator and translater in Turkey for looking after me. A BIG THANK YOU to all the dental surgeon's and nurses for transforming my smile and doing a very professional job. I have recommended Dentordu to all my family and friends because they did a fantastic job. Once again thank you all so much 😁🥰.

From the moment I made initial contact with the clinic it has been nothing short of exceptional 5* service from our coordinator Yigit, every question answered almost immediately the communication was fantastic,all appointment transfers ran like clockwork thanks to Faruk our driver just a perfectly smooth stress free process once in the clinic we were greeted by Serap who speaks the most beautiful English and was literally our go to person whilst in the clinic such a professional polite calming lady and the best person to have in a room when your nerves kick in.
Both me and my husband had treatment this week my husband having the first visit for all on 4 treatment any myself having 26 zirconium crowns and we were placed in the very good hands of Meltem and her assistant Zeynep and all I can say is WOW what a team they are such professionals the attention to detail was outstanding every tweak not a problem the pride in the work they do is very apparent in the results they achieve.The smiles on the faces of the patients when they see their finals in is something I’ll remember always I just cannot recommend this dental practice enough

What a fantastic journey, the treatment has been fantastic, the end result is even more fantastic- if thats possible.
My Dentist Mettem and her assistant Zeynep were very professional in everything they did. Mettem really knows her job and is a perfectionist, the fact that her English was very good was also a big plus. The clinic staff were brilliant from the translater (Kalin) to the lovely lady making the coffee so welcoming and putting me at ease at a stressful time. Even Selen who made my crowns was lovely and came to see the end result once they were fitted. Yigit was my co-ordinator, I couldn't have had a nicer person, he was available almost 24/7 he answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, helped to find flights, booked the accommodation and transfers, what a guy. The whole team were fantastic, wouldn't hesitate in recommending this clinic to anyone. Well done the whole team and thank you so much

Ive just finished my treatment my dentist Seda was an absolute perfectionist so amazing what she did an she was extremely gentle and patient her assistant Sanem was just fantastic very caring an just couldn't fault them catlin the translator was extremely helpful an just a lovely lovely lady my coordinator yigit has been txin me for about 10 months nothing was too much trouble for him an he always replied within minutes such a great guy even the lady who made me coffees while I was in the dentist practice was lovely I cant recommend this dentist enough my finished outcome is better than I could of hoped for an im forever grateful Thank you all so much

I have had the best experience with getting my perfect smile. From start to finish with all of my treatments
I am a very anxious person with dental work but they have accommodated for this and have been very patient with me. Making me feel at ease at all times. The reception staff, the translators, the dental nurse and assistant have been brilliant.
I will be forever grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone

I had a great experience at DentOrdu. I had 6 implants and 28 zirconia crowns. From the help from Eray, the patient coordinator in the UK, Serap who looked after me in Turkey and my dentist Irem, and the technicians, everyone was first class. The whole process was seamless and the procedure was painless. Im delighted with my new smile. Thank you team!

My experience with this dental clinic has been amazing from the very start of the process to getting my new smile. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome.
I can’t thank them all enough for everything they have done for me.
My coordinator serap is absolutely fantastic and has been there very step of the way through it all, I went in there anxious and so overwhelmed but I really didn’t need to.
If you wanna get a new smile then this is the place to go.

Hallo erstmal kurz vorab bin kein Mensch der sonst Rezensionen schreibt oder irgendwas bewertet, aber für diese Erfahrung muss ich es einfach tun um es mit anderen Menschen zu teilen. Ich habe mich so viele Jahre mit meinen schlechten Zähnen gequält, geärgert und geschämt. Dann bin ich auf eine Anzeige im Internet gestoßen von der Dentordu Klinik in Izmir. Ich bin ein misstrauischer Mensch bei solchen Angeboten/Anzeigen weil es für einfach unglaubwürdig rüber kam nach all meinen Erfahrungen mit Zahnärzten in Deutschland. Aber ich schrieb dann auf diese Anzeige und dachte mir was soll schon passieren. Und jetzt kommt‘s… auf meine Nachricht zu dentordu kam unmittelbar eine Nachricht zurück von einer Frau Hamiyet Uysal die sich kurz vorstellte, die mir das Angebot bestätigte und mir sagte es sei alles ganz unkompliziert. Auch das bis dahin für mich misstrauisch denn das hört man ja vorab dann immer. Aber diese Frau Hamiyet Uysal nahm mir die Angst mein Misstrauen und schrieb mir ich solle einfach ein Foto schicken per WhatsApp und alles weitere würde Sie dann für mich mit den Professoren und Ärzten abklären behandlungsplan, Kosten, wann und wie lange ich in die Türkei kommen muss/soll. Bis dahin konnte ich dem Ganzen ehrlich gesagt immer noch nicht ganz glauben. Nun sagte mir Hamiyet den Preis die Dauer meines Aufenthalts und auch wie und was gemacht wird. Sie sagte mir dabei auch das ich zwei mal anreisen muss. Einmal für zwei Tage in die Implantate einzusetzen dann müssen diese 6 Monate heilen dann der zweite Besuch wo die Zähne dann endgültig eingesetzt bzw. fertig gemacht werden. Ich ließ mich dann auf dieses kleine Abenteuer ein denn es hörte sich so einfach an. Frau Hamiyet Uysal schrieb mir ich brauche nur den Flug buchen um alles andere würde Sie sich kümmern und ich solle mir keine Sorgen um die Sprachprobleme machen denn Sie ist immer für mich da und meine Dolmetscherin. Also buchte ich den Flug in die Türkei für nur zwei Tage. Und jetzt kommt’s… als ich in der Türkei gelandet bin stand schon ein Transfer mit Schild mit meinem Namen parat fuhr mich in ein tolles Hotel Frau Hamiyet Uysal sagte mir kurz wann ich am nächsten Tag wieder am Hotel abgeholt zur Zahnklinik gebracht werde, was dann gemacht wird und das ich dann auch wieder zum Hotel zurück gebracht werde. Und so war es dann auch nächsten Tag wurde ich wie selbstverständlich abgeholt in die Zahnklinik gebracht… Frau Hamiyet Uysal war auch dort vor Ort übersetzte mir die Kommunikation mit den Professor der mir dann die Implantate einsetzte. Okay sie sind fertig sagte sie mir und ich konnte es fast nicht glauben. In nicht einmal einer halben std. Waren meine Implantate eingesetzt und mein Transfer fuhr mich ins Hotel zurück. Frau Hamiyet Uysal erklärte mir nun das mich morgen mein Transfer zum Flughafen fährt und wir uns dann in 6monaten wieder sehen wenn die Implantate verheilt sind. Leute egal wer das liest glaubt mir schon das damals so einfach alles und ohne Schmerzen in so kurzer Zeit war für mich unglaublich. Also die 6 Monate dann rum waren schrieb mir Frau Hamiyet Uysal erneut und sagte Hallo Pascal der heilungsprozess wäre abgeschlossen wenn ich möchte kann ich zurück kommen um die Behandlung abzuschließen. Ich buchte Tickets schrieb ihr meine flugdaten und wieder kümmerte sich Frau Hamiyet Uysal um „alles“ andere… diesmal blieb ich eine Woche in Izmir wie auch vorab besprochen wurde gut und professionell behandelt und kam nach einer Woche mit einem neuen und strahlendem Lächeln zurück nach Deutschland. Ich kann es heute immer noch kaum glauben wie schnell und wie einfach und toll die Behandlung bei dentordu in der Türkei war. Frau Hamiyet Uysal ist für mich ein Engel so lieb so ehrlich und wirklich ein so guter und toller Mensch. Ich habe noch nie einen solchen Menschen kennengelernt alles wirklich alles Harvard geregelt und alles war wie Sie mir anfangs schon gesagt hatte. All meine Zweifel am Anfang waren Quatsch und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen aus Deutschland. Dentordu Zahnklinik in Izmir und dazu am besten die Patientenkoordinatorin Hamiyet Uysal (Engel😉) ich verspreche euch so gut und preisgünstig wurdet ihr noch nie behandelt. Ich bin so glücklich und froh ganz ehrlich und deshalb auch diese lange Bewertung von mir. Ich danke dir Hamiyet Uysal und dem ganzen Team von Dentordu danke für alles.
