Muy decepcionado con el servicio y la atención postventa

Mi experiencia con DentX International ha sido profundamente decepcionante, especialmente por la falta de atención una vez que ya han recibido el pago completo.

El principal problema es que, en mi caso, no existe un servicio postventa que realmente responda al cliente. Llevo más de dos años con problemas con los trabajos realizados en su clínica y, actualmente, tengo piezas que se caen y que tengo que estar pegando continuamente, a pesar de tratarse de implantes. Cuando intento recibir atención y una solución, no obtengo una respuesta adecuada.

Lo que más me decepciona es el comportamiento que recibí por parte de la supervisora de España. Después de haber pagado la totalidad del tratamiento, percibí un cambio radical en el trato y una actitud muy poco profesional. Incluso llegó a hacer comentarios que considero totalmente inapropiados y ofensivos sobre el barrio en el que me alojé durante mi tercera visita, refiriéndose a él como un barrio de “emigrantes”.

Considero especialmente desafortunado y contradictorio que una persona que también ha sido emigrante, tanto en Turquía como en España, haga este tipo de comentarios hacia un cliente. Ser emigrante no debería ser nunca motivo de desprecio, y mucho menos algo que se utilice para menospreciar a otra persona.

Pero, independientemente de este comportamiento, lo verdaderamente importante es que después de más de dos años sigo teniendo problemas con un tratamiento que pagué íntegramente y no encuentro una respuesta efectiva por parte de la empresa.

He intentado contactar con la dirección y tampoco recibo una respuesta satisfactoria. La sensación que me queda como cliente es que, una vez cobrado el tratamiento, el interés por atender los problemas posteriores desaparece.

Por todo ello, no recomiendo DentX International. Hay otras clínicas que ofrecen tratamientos y, sobre todo, algo que considero fundamental: atención, responsabilidad y seguimiento tanto antes como después de recibir el pago.

Si una clínica quiere ganarse la confianza de sus pacientes, el servicio no debería terminar cuando se cobra la factura. El verdadero compromiso con el paciente también empieza cuando aparecen problemas y necesita que alguien responda.

Un Clínica excepcional. Un trato familiar lo recomiendo al 100 × 100!!!

Quiero compartir mi experiencia después de realizar la primera fase de mi tratamiento dental en DENTX.
Me colocaron 9 implantes y la experiencia ha sido mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Lo que más me ha sorprendido es que no tuve dolor y pude volver a casa con mis dientes provisionales, muy contento con el resultado de esta primera fase.
Quiero dar las gracias a Viviana de Valencia, por su atención y por estar pendiente de mí en todo momento. Ha sido muy atenta, cercana y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad.
También los traductores, Mustafá y Brandon estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante todo el proceso y facilitaron muchísimo la comunicación.
Y también el equipo médico son muy profesionales.
Me voy satisfecho con esta primera parte del tratamiento y con mucha ilusión por continuar con la segunda fase y ver el resultado final. 😊
¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que una experiencia que al principio me daba nervios y miedo haya sido mucho más fácil y tranquila de lo que imaginaba!

Quería dar las gracias por el trato recibido en mi primera parte del tratamiento dental en Istambul, desde que les conocí por redes sociales, pasando por la valoración en Valencia (España) que fue lo que me hizo atreverme a venír e iniciar el tratamiento, quería hacer mención especial para Viviana, que literalmente me ha calmado en momentos de tensión, ya que estoy en otro país que no es el mío y me ha explicado todo con mucho cariño, paciencia y sobretodo profesionalidad, también para así hijo Brandon que me ha acompañado en la clínica haciendo de traductor y explicandome el proceso, es joven pero estoy seguro que llegará lejos si se lo propone. Y que decir de los doctores/as, han sido estupendos,muy profesionales, me han explicado todo muy bien y han resuelto mís dudas tantos ellos cómo Viviana, que hacen un trabajo impecable. Me han puesto tres implantes, sin dolor apenas y sin molestias.. ahora en unos tres meses tocará volver a terminar la segunda parte del proceso para dejar la sonrisa perfecta. Wow what an experience. Seher and my dentist were absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I had no pain through my whole journey. I had implants put in March and finished my journey in June. I have now got my confidence back with an amazing smile. Thank you Dentx I would highly recommend.

Una experiencia inmejorable.Viviana super atenta igual que todo el equipo los doctores maravillosos.recomendable 100% y si vienes de otro país como es mi caso con incertidumbre confia en ellos aqui nunca te van a dejar solo siempre están atentos incluso fuera de la clínica ayudándote con todo lo que necesites yo por mi parte se lo e recomendado a mi hermano que también va a venir

The DENTX CLINIC is so much more advanced than uk ones and so much cheaper.im am really happy with my new e max crowns and can't stop smiling and showing them off to family n friends. All the staff at dentx are really friendly and talk you through what's happening. And most of all I wasn't in any pain at all thankyou all x

My dentist, Hudayi day was brilliant, he made me feel at ease, talked me through everything and supported my decisions
The overseas coordinator and translator, Seher and Selin were both absolutely lovely, personable and professional They couldn’t do enough to help and we developed a lovely friendship over the two visits
Hudayi and his dental nurse, Esra, kept me comfortable and confident throughout
The transfers and the hotel stay were well coordinated as was the travel to and from the surgery
I had full dental implants, complicated by not having enough bone density to accommodate them The solution was to have a zygomatic procedure
My first visit included having the implants fitted and attaching temporary teeth On my second visit 4 months later after being satisfied that the implants had settled well I was fitted with a second set of temporary implants altered to a better shape and then with Hudayi’s advice we decided what slight adjustments should be made for the final teeth I didn’t want them unnaturally white and hoped the length and look would be more prominent than my original very small teeth
I’ve ended up with the perfect shape, size and colour for me and they’re even better than I could have hoped for- I’m smiling again!
I’m so grateful for the expertise and support I received and absolutely delighted with the final results

dont pay any fee in advance, and remember the negative reviews are censored by Turkish law so all the negative feedback on trust pilot or google reviews is never published.

In my case, it started with booking online and was told that 250 euro deposit is refundable and they may only deduct x-ray cost and consultation fee which was not the case. whatsapp staff like Mr Ibrahim is a scammer. clinic staff is nicer. The consultant is also nice but gave conflicting statements when i asked questions regarding the treatment, which put me off and i am happy i did not get the treatment. dont trust what they will say on whatsapp as its their trap and never pay any deposit if you are a foreigner. keep an eye on what they say and keep the chat record in case if you want to complaint later on to turkish authorities regarding any scams.

Edit. Their response below is totally meaning less. I have contacted them directly, in their clinic and on whatsapp and they said mr Ibrahim (their whatsapp representative) is not working for them and they did not get any money from me. They knew all this before i gave review. I really wonder how shamefully they are responding to this review when they have already declined my complaint stating that their whatsapp is a third party. I can now confirm its a total scam business from whatsapp to clinical staff

I was looked after by fantastic team and felt safe in there hands at all times during the two visits.

The worse dentist I have ever been too.. the staff are so rude, don’t make you feel comfortable especially the receptionist didn’t smile once just asked me what my name was and told me to sit down all the hours I was sat there they didn’t even offer me a drink just kept looking over at me in disgust. I came for my teeth whitening I payed 220 pounds. They did not look any different so I asked my coordinator to get in touch with them to tell them that there is no change they said I would of had to pay 50 euros for transfer I said no I’m not doing that when I should of already had good results. I said I wanted my money back or write a review. They then said to come back and they will sort transfer and I don’t have to pay.. the woman who did my teeth the second time was so rude she caught my gum four different times with the sharp tool that they use to clean your teeth. She was so rough and when I jumped and said Arrghh she was shaking her head and staring at me.. I got to the dentist at 16.15 and still sat here waiting for transfer at 19.30 and when I ask how long for my transfer is it coming and the receptionist keeps saying I hope so !! After all this I’m still not happy with my results and don’t see much difference.. my teeth are so sensitive and don’t see the results I wanted was a joke. I would not recommend this dentist
I have now just got into my transfer and he said they told him not to wait because my procedure would take too long.. I said so couldn’t they get me another life back he said they said no that I would wait for him.. they made me sit 2 and half hours in pain with my teeth when they could have got me a different driver absolute joke!!

🦷 Eine wirklich gute Entscheidung!

Meine Erfahrung bei DentX war durchweg positiv und ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Mehmet Altunay – er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich um alles gekümmert und sich immer Zeit für meine Fragen genommen. Das hat mir unglaublich viel Sicherheit gegeben.

Auch das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und professionell. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf den Menschen gelegt wird und nicht nur auf die Behandlung.

Die Klinik selbst ist modern, sehr sauber und top organisiert. Während der gesamten Behandlung habe ich mich wohl und gut betreut gefühlt, alles lief reibungslos und wurde verständlich erklärt.

Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich wirklich mehr als zufrieden – ich habe ein ganz neues Lebensgefühl und fühle mich mit meinem Lächeln endlich wieder richtig wohl.

Ich kann DentX von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Für mich war es definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. ❤️

Un déferlement de gentillesse de bienveillance et de professionnalisme deux voyages Paris Istanbul pour faire des implants dentaire la prestation a été très bénéfique tant au niveau du prix que dans le résultat final je remercie particulièrement Ingrid, zeynep, le prothésiste ainsi que toute l’équipe l’organisation et le timings sont parfait. J’ai fait une partie de mes dents à Paris et sans hésiter je dit qu’il il n’y a pas de comparaison avec DentX les turcs ont surpassé les français sur ce domaine merci infiniment

Très bon hôtel bonne prestation, propreté des chambre nickel, personnels très accueillant, en revanche la restauration n'est pas adapté pour les personnes qui viennent subir une chirurgie implants dentaires, restauration basique.
