Awful customer service if any at all !
Poor packaging, no instructions and applicator does not work!
Can’t stress enough not to go anywhere near this company it’s dangerous!!

Customer service is rubbish takes 7 days to reply first parcel come smashed as packaging was really poor and said they sent another one out but the tracking is showing not received by evri and last email told me they sent it so they done there bit and I need to ring post office they not even sent with them I would avoid at all cost and starting procedures with bank

Would rate it 0 if I could. I’m not usually one that has wool pulled over their eyes but it has been in this case.

Not UK based. Serums came in bubble wrap and a separate micro needle box. No instructions. No branding.
Essence is spelt ‘Esfence’
No ingredients listed.
This is one of those times when you let the ‘experts’ do it.

Plus not based in uk at all..
Learned my lesson must check out trust pilot for reviews..

Absolutely rubbish , serum does not come out , have to put serum in first then use but even at that total rubbish , waste of money

Product not as described. What they sell on their website and in their ads is NOT what they send.
I received a derma stamp and "serum" with 2 completely different branding and no list of ingredients, so I don't actually know what is in the "serum"
Further, the derma stamp does not work - no serum comes through the needles.
Contacted support which said "no returns due hygine reasons" but did not acknowledge that the product is in fact faulty. SCAM

What they are advertising is not what I have received and they are ignoring all forms of communication from me. No ingredients list and no product I have received has their trading name. This is not UK company and is shipped from China. I will not be using the product as I do not know what it contains. Beware and avoid this company.

Scam!! Like the others say it’s from china! Not from the uk. Dermaglow is not the brand either. I wouldn’t dare to use this, it seems dangerous, it could even be acid, who knows! No instructions and no ingredients. Trying to get a refund but I won’t hold my breath. Can’t believe I fell for it really. It wasn’t packaged well either.

Received an empty container, no serum included. They said i didn't order any.
Asked for refund, refused.

It fools you by saying UK and when the product arrived it was not as shown on their website with the Derma glow TM - it is some random product with no labelling and no ingredients of what is in the serum. Absolutely false advertising not what ordered - from china- SCAM!!!!!!
I would just like to add an update on this review- I ended up getting a full refund as I raised a dispute with pay pal. I returned the goods to the company in Hong Kong registered mail and sign on receipt ….. Guess what? They refused to sign for their returned goods so they were returned back to me!!! Which have gone straight in the bin! Hope this helps others.

Absolutely a scam product not from UK and doesn’t list what is in it. Don’t put something you don’t know in your skin.

Won’t refund and product is some random serum from Malaysia god knows what is in it NOT UK as advertised

Items shipped directly from China, didn't work, left imprints on my face and hand took 9 days to clear, all I got where robotic replies from so called customer service, stating they didn't accept returns due to hygiene reasons, if your selling in UK if an item is faulty it doesn't matter in regards to there hygiene rules etc. They have now also removed various magazine logos from their website, will be reporting to trading standards, bank have issued my refund
