My order was sent to the wrong address and the customer service people quickly corrected the mistake by shipping another order to my correct address.
Well I have tried many things in my life time and although my problem has not been to severe it is still something that drives me crazy and around my nose area I have had this nonstop problem that just would never heal until I got this ..I am saying I seen a huge difference over night and was perfectly clear in a few days and haven't had any more breakouts all month long ..so they most definitely fixed me ,my confidence which had always been good is now great cause I love looking people in the eyes and now I can again without the embarrassment so thank you dermatica it's been a dramatica experience

Dermatica has genuinely changed my life. I’ve waited until now to review, as described to me on my journey things don’t happen over night. I started my Dermatica journey 6 months ago. I can’t believe the difference, I can for the first time in 16 years, wear no makeup and feel confident. I have never felt more confident in my own skin. I had acne, on my face and neck and that has completely cleared, even if I do get a breakout it’s a minor blemish. The team have been amazing, the dermatology team are quick to respond are on hand should anything change - my formula changed 1/2 times due to changing needs but this was quickly rectified. Thank you for giving me my confidence back to go barefaced and free. Everything has changed, so grateful for this brand.
I love the quality of the tretinoin formula. I switched from Amazon pharmacy because I felt their tretinoin wasn't doing anything for me. I'm so glad I switched because Dermatica's formula works so well! My skin has a healthy glow now. It was also super easy to start my prescription. The only thing is that I wish pricing was a little more clear up-front. I didn't know it cost extra to add a second ingredient, it would have been a little more helpful if that was more clear up front. But other than that, my experience has been amazing.

The cream made my skin peel, crack and burn, it really wasn’t white eggs I was looking for, I specifically asked for hydroquinone plus some other ingredient combined, but oh well I will probably it purchase again.

I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. That’s how bad they are. For one, I signed up for a $4.99 trial a few years ago and cancelled with no problems but never really used the product. I tried to re-sign up three years later and they told me since I had used it in the past I would not qualify fine I get it. They did tell me that since I would be coming back to them they would give me 50% off for rejoining on their website. It says the monthly plan is $30 so 50% of $30 would be $15. For one I never even responded and said OK to this. The next thing I know they are coming up with a treatment plan for me and emailed me what they wanted to treat me with and said it will be shipped out to me. They never discussed this with me or asked if I was OK with this they just went ahead and charge my card $88.37. When I saw what they were trying to charge me I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel this as this is his way too much money and I cannot afford it especially right before Christmas. It has been over 48 hours and no one has gotten back to me. I went in and canceled my account online yesterday when I had seen the Charge. The tracking number had shown that it had not been shipped out yet and the only a sales order had been created. I emailed them way before the item was set to ship and let them know I did not want their product and I wanted my account canceled and a refund because this was never discussed with me and I never approved that amount of money to be charged nor the products that they were suggesting. I got an automated email saying they are still going to send me another months subscription and basically charge me again in a month?! Like what the hell?! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Please learn from me and don’t use this service. I agree with another user. I would try something else such as Amazon or Musely although I am very leery to do anything online at this point. These people are heartless and charging people for stuff that was never agreed upon. It would be like buying a $20 meal at a restaurant and then the server charging you $200 and being like sorry that’s what we recommended for you?!
They didn’t even provide an order number just a tracking number.

The formula I was given seems to be working to an extent. I did get some good help from the help line too about my nose.
The product is high quality and their customer service is very good.

I signed up with Dermatica specifically to address post-acne dark marks (PIH) and hyperpigmentation. I clearly stated this in my consultation and requested a formula that included hydroquinone, which I have used successfully in the past.
Instead, they prescribed me a product containing only OTC ingredients like adapalene 0.1%, benzoyl peroxide, and niacinamide – the same actives I can buy at Walmart (Differin gel and PanOxyl). These ingredients do not specifically target hyperpigmentation in darker skin tones.
I emailed them multiple times before the product shipped, asking them to cancel the order because it wasn’t what I needed. They ignored my request, shipped it anyway, and charged me for something I explicitly refused.
If your main concern is dark marks or PIH, be warned – they will not prescribe hydroquinone or other effective pigmentation treatments, even when requested. Instead, they push a generic acne formula you can buy over the counter, and they don’t listen when you try to cancel.
I’ve canceled my subscription and will not recommend Dermatica to others. Save your money and look elsewhere if you’re seeking real treatment for hyperpigmentation.

As you can see from their response (which doesn’t even address my issues), their customer service requires a lot of work. I’m doubling down on my conviction that you should try Amazon or musely for customized skin care)

Payment was taken today from my bank. I cancelled my subscription. I will now report this as fraud.
Below is the message I just sent to dermatica.
You took payment without my authorisation. And there is only 1 item that you have sent out. I have reported you for FRAUD. You took payment without even notifying me. Think you are clever offering me 50% if I reactivate my subscription. But only for you to send out only 1 item and not 2 as I had on my previous prescription. I was told to upload new photos before my subscription was able to restart. Something I did not do just yet. But you still go ahead and take payment without contacting me first. BIG mistake committing FRAUD against me.
