What a fantastic firm to deal with
What a fantastic firm to deal with. I bought a large roll of carpet and (As my carpet fitter was unavailable) they helped me to measure each of my 4 rooms and cut according to the measurements. They also stored the carpet until my fitter could install. Customer service was really excellent. Big thank you to Steven

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service: put in an order online, received a call immediately afterwards to confirm and to give me an idea of delivery date (less than a week later). Delivery was exactly when promised and had great tracking facilities. Carpet was perfect for us, a great price and well packaged.

Overall an excellent experience from initial queries re buying of remnant carpet through to delivery which was straight forward with a courteous helpful driver. Particularly pleased not being charged exorbitant delivery charges for being north of the Border. The remnant offered great value for money and was exactly the shade in a twist carpet we were going to buy at full price - a no brainer! We were encouraged by previous Trustpilot reviews to purchase which were borne out.
