We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced, though we want to clarify that your order was fully verified as shipped and delivered. Our internal security footage, along with USPS parcel weight records, confirm that the sunglasses were included in your package at the time of shipment.
From our investigation, it appears the issue occurred after delivery, which unfortunately is outside of our control. We provided multiple next-step options, including checking security footage of delivery, filing a police report, and visiting your local USPS branch for further inspection, but we did not receive confirmation that these steps were taken.
We understand how upsetting this situation is, but please know that we handled your order with care and transparency every step of the way.

Unfortunately when buying things like sunglasses online you risk them not fitting your face which was the case with the pair I chose ! I’m having to return them and customer service has reached out and they were very prompt with the return label!
I would suggest you know shapes that fit your face as with returns you will be paying a $10. shipping fee !
