From the moment we first visited, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, while also being genuinely friendly and kind. He struck the perfect balance — answering all of our questions clearly and honestly without ever being pushy or sales-driven. We felt completely comfortable taking our time to decide.
After our initial visit to try out a few options, we had our eye on a Natuzzi sofa we really liked and wanted to think it over. When we came back, we specifically asked to see Humahun again, which really says it all about the impression he made.
He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and we left feeling confident and happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend both Humahun and the Designer Sofas store at Brent Cross.
