From the outset, the team have taken the time to understand not only our brand and what we wanted to achieve, but also how important each project is to us as a growing business. It has been genuinely refreshing to work with a company that approaches projects as a true collaboration rather than simply completing a brief.

Their creativity, attention to detail and willingness to listen to our feedback have been exceptional throughout. They have consistently taken our ideas and developed them into professional, high-quality marketing materials that we are extremely proud to put our name to.

This was particularly important when developing the graphics for our first major exhibition. It was a significant project for us and something we wanted to get absolutely right. The level of care, creativity and responsibility shown by the team throughout the process gave us complete confidence that the project was in safe hands. They understood how important the exhibition was to our business and treated it with the same level of importance that we did.

Communication has also been excellent. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, revisions have been handled positively and constructively, and there has always been a genuine desire to achieve the best possible end result rather than simply settle for something that is “good enough”.

Jim and the team done an excellent job on our marketing materials which exceeded out expectations!! They carried out design work for back panel graphics, A4 flyers, roller banners and business cards for an upcoming event at NEC Birmingham. This work was completed ahead an extremely tight Monday morning deadline, which involved several calls over the weekend to get the final designs complete.

Jim provided expert guidance throughout the process based on his extensive graphic design experience.
