Fred has been really helpful and made the process of getting my website developed a lot quicker and easier than it started off when I tried to do my own design.

I had no clue how to set up a website but Design Eternal helped me every step of the way. They are always available to speak to and my manager Tony has been amazing at dealing with any and every query. Tony is on the ball all the time and has ensured that I have had everything I needed to get up and running quickly. I appreciate the quick responses to my emails and texts and he has set up Zoom calls when I wanted to go over a few things all at once. The website looks great and the SEO ranking is amazing in such a short space of time. Thanks to the wider team including Ryan who have tested the website and ensured its smooth running. Design Eternal was wonderful and very co operative while doing my website design and development.
Marc and Frank helped me alot through out the process.

My CMS design went all wrong for me. I complained and Fred fixed it. I think taking care of problems is a sign of a good service provider. When things go wrong that is when the good and the bad is separated!

Nick started and Ryan finished my great looking website. Although their team worked at their own pace, they produced an excellent website. Ryan, who is very polite, supportive, available whenever you want to discuss, had good insight of my vision and the website. His ‘don’t worry sir’ will always give me assurance of ongoing support with my SEO and dedicated server. They are also good value for money.

Two great points about this company is:

1) Their pricing.
2) They won't stop until you are satisfied with the final product.

So, yes, your project may not be completed as quickly as with other companies and to be honest they're not be the best at design, but if you speak with them transparently and work alongside them, they won't stop until they make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final result. And at the end of the day, the end result, is all that matters.

They have been very patient with me and also the quality of work leaves one very satisfied and they are always on hand to help one no matter what.
Would recommend them to anyone wanting to start up a website.

I have had an amazing experience with Design eternal, I have worked alongside Nick who has been wonderful, for months to create a masterpiece website! You need patience and time and at the end of it you will get the website you want! Ryan who is doing the Marketing for me is brilliant, and they always communicate and respond to your queries when you need them to. Design Eternal is a company that do not have the capabilities to do anything meaningful in terms of website designs or implementation.

I hired the company which is not registered in the Uk or located in Liverpool.

They all have English names but are based in India.
Most of the reviews here that give the company five stars are also made up by them.

They have an english guy that will first rope you in, then once you pay he passes you on to the person is supposed to develop your site. These are all Indians pretending to be British. Tony, Eddie, Brown none of them exist.

If you do want your business to succeed stay clear of these developers.

They actually promised to refund my money and then lied that the transaction would not go through.

They sent me a screen shot of a fake refund.
I paid in dollars, I am sure that they are unaware of the implications of sending a fake refund in the USA.

I am in talks with their payment gateway to get their accounts closed!

Stay clear if you don't want to throw your money away.

Not only did Design Eternal make me a great offer when enquiring about their services, but they also produced an excellent website. They gave me exactly what I was looking for, and more to be honest with you. I can't express how grateful I am to Nick Williams and his dedicated staff, who persevered with me, making the final product an absolute success - I can't thank them enough, so well done to you all. If you are seriously thinking about designing a new website, give these people ago, they will not disappoint, I am sure of that!

Happy with logo that was designed. They gave me 3 variations and sources file so I could match it to my colour scheme. Will come back again if I ever need a logo designed.
