The phone case is brilliant. Very easy to upload a favourite photo on the website. When the phone case arrived, it looked exactly like it did on the order. Everyone asks where I got it from.

When ordering everything was so easy from picking the photo the colour ordering and it was a quick delivery I was delighted with the finishing product anyone looking for a personalised phone case or wallet this is definitely who you should order from it was done to a very high standard and the price was very reasonable .Design my case is the best I’ve ordered from deserve 5 star

Order has not arrived.

Ordered a phone case as a gift a month ago and it has not arrived. Contacted customer service but radio silence and when they do respond, they are unable to give me an update on my order for tracking purposes.

Poor quality. After about 10 months the iPhone case is literally falling apart. Contacted them but they only offer 180 days warranty.
Follow up service from them was poor.

Recieved a case and the back starting peeling off instantly, was not going to mention anything as is only relatively cheap, so what do you expect. Worse thing is THEY sent ME a message after asking if I am happy with the case and to reply to them if any issues. So I thought this is an opportunity to tell them and I sent them pics. Then radio silence, no reply, sent multiple emails since, no reply. And I guarantee they will reply to this apologising and they will look into it so they do not look bad on review site. Terrible customer service, who just ignores messages from their customers, they clearly have received the multiple messages I have sent and just chosen to ignore

Lovely and well-functional phone case with a favourite picture of mine on it. Very happy. Prompt and reasonable price.

The product arrived extremely fast and is very good quality.

The design was also exactly what I asked for and the family member I bought it for loved it.

Very disappointed with their customer service.

I contacted initially 8th April when the case I ordered didn’t fit the phone (correct case ordered for the correct iPhone model). They replied on 11th April informing me someone would contact me soon. I had to chase again on 6th May as I have still had no contact from them.

Very poor experience and shocking customer service. It’s not often I would leave a review but I would struggle to recommend them to anyone.

Update: incorrect case sent by you. Not incorrect case ordered.

Correction; you failed to contact me. I had to reach out every time.

I didn’t bother to contact you after finally receiving a case and you failed to follow up.

1 star review will remain and your reply echos how bad this experience has been.

Great phone case, fits the phone well, photo on the case is a good replication of our uploaded photo, colours really good and picture clear. The case has been on daily use for a couple of months and there is no deterioration in the case or the photo. Really happy with the product. Delivery was good. Would use the service again.

Amazing quality products and arrived safely and fast

I used Design My Case for my business card style case with all my details and a picture of my dog. I have update my logo and links and so bought a new case. The price is reasonable, the case looks great, and the delivery was pretty speedy! Thanks again!
