Not only do the scam customer by the looks of things, they also file fraudulent claims against other companies on eBay, stating that the products they are selling are are counterfeit. Even with genuine invoices, eBay refused to reinstate the listing.
The favour will be returned 10 fold.

Answer the phone ! Email said my order would come Saturday 6th Dec tracking from Desiretech says it with courier and courier tracking says its not with them it. They were quick to take my money but thats about all

Being constructive I'd say NEVER use this company! Goods arrived smashed. Never answered the many phone calls, RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
And that's being polite!!

Will also put this review on Wowcher although they have eventually sorted it for me. Along with others purchased the ‘Tier 2’ voucher which would supposedly give you a great mystery garden gift. I received an outdoor lamp. I could have got four of them for the same price off eBay. Returned (paying postage again!) and heard nothing more. Turned to Wowcher who have taken almost four weeks but have returned my money. Do not purchase the mystery deals!!

Wish I had read the reviews first. bought their 2 tech pack for £19.99 and all Received was the bonus 3 dog blankets no tech whatsoever. Will not use again. Wouldn't have give any stars if available RIPOFF MERCHANTS

Bought a rattan set and on delivery box was damaged,courier took a picture as Informed it would not be opened till my son moved in 4 weeks
Opened 4 weeks and 2 days later and was smashed and furniture didn't fit together all rattan on chair was unwound.Rang them and told over the time and can offer you £20.eventually after amazon got involved got full refund.didnt want this wanted furniture but not trusting these again.

Bought two reclining garden chairs from this company through Amazon costing over £100. Both have broken within six months and are now unusable contacted the company only to be told there is no refund even though the products are faulty. Both Amazon and desire tech Ltd have given us the runway with no satisfaction. Absolutely disgusting service from these guys would not buy from them again.

Ripped off, wowcher tec bundles. Nothing sent at all no information. And been on Wowcher for a very long time with no recourse.

Failed to deliver an item bought through Amazon, charlatans and need reporting to Trading Standards.
If i lived closer i would be arrested.

Paid £19.99 for a mystery tech deal on wowcher and £3.99 postage and received a battered ripped box containing a childs light which retails for £5. Avoid this company and Wocher who are using them. Absolute rip off.

Bought a beige mesh set through wowcher paid an extra £29 for next day delivery only to have a completely different set (horrible plastic type rattan) delivered, Wowcher contacted the company desiretech/keplin who didn't want to know. There's a reason they have NO PHONE NUMBERS DISPLAYED, NO EMAILS, NO CEO NUMBER and ABSOLUTE CRAP CUSTOMER REVIEWS on trust pilot.

Don't give these clowns your money!!!!

Scammed me out of £109 and as a pensioner that's a lot of money to me. Still nothing to sit on.

Ordered a 85l wheelbarrow and it has not arrived.
also no reply from wowcher as to why
so will try and get money back I would suggest not using wowcher as service very poor.

I ordered a parasol which didn't arrive, sent email asking what was happening, no response. Chased with emails, no response. It was delivered 8 weeks late by which time I had purchased one from a reputable business. Trying to get response for someone to collect and refund my money.

Just got a tech mystery package, with what was meant to be a selection of cool stuff and I got sent a cheap backpack

Living Social UK never responded to my 2 emails or letter regarding my items not received. Very very bad customer service. It seems they are scammers along with Desiretech.

The worse customer service! Very rude, ignore you for days then when they finally reply they are the most unhelpful they could be. Wrong item sent (from B&Q marketplace) but not remotely interested in sending the correct item I paid for. Avoid at all costs!
