Clean and easy install
Clean and easy install. This is a great and simple product that adds a lot of storage to any desktop. I enjoy the depth of this Under Desk Drawer and the additional open shelf. It is great for putting a sketchbook, book, iPad or laptop.

The solid wood Peasantwood standing is gorgeous and performs as promised. My questions were quickly and completely answered before my purchase. The shipping was flawless and I couldn't believe how well the materials in multiple boxes were packaged. Not a screw missing nor a chip or damaged part. Controls were as expected and I am glad I ordered the matching monitor stand. I would recommend to family or friends.

Didn’t receive my desk - requested refund
I was in the market for a standing desk and came across Desky, I decided to take the plunge and invest in a premium desk.
I placed an order on February 4th and it was dispatched February 5th, I ordered the standing desk, cable management tray and single monitor arm.
My order was sent out using ground shipping by CanPar. Deskys website states 2 to 4 days delivery to BC Canada.
I had so many issues with delivery the truck breaking down and my parcel getting redirected back to Ontario, then not being able to find my apartment and not notifying me leaving it sat in their depot.
I called both Desky and the courier and they assured me delivery would happen on 13th Feb… nothing
Requested to pickup the parcel, wouldn’t let me as it was pending.
As of 20th February I formally requested a refund and was offered $115 credit to wait for delivery. I declined.
I’m waiting for confirmation of my refund as they now need to wait for CanPar to redirect the item back to them in order for me to be refunded.
For such a premium product I would expect a premium delivery experience, it feels like they’ve just used the cheapest option, It’s now caused me no end of issues, as I don’t have a desk until I get refunded

Unfortunately, the issues with the courier, including the breakdown, redirection, depot hold, and failed delivery attempts, fell well below both your expectations and ours. We completely understand how disruptive this has been, especially being left without a desk in the meantime.
We can confirm that your refund has now been fully processed. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few business days to appear.
We also want to acknowledge that declining the credit and requesting a refund was absolutely your choice to make, and we respect that. This experience is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your feedback regarding the delivery process has been shared internally for review.

These types of wheels are a game changer. Desky made them in fantastic quality. I love the lights, they are silly but fun. My only criticism is one of the wheels is a little stiff and sticks a bit but I suspect over time it will work itself out. Best casters ever.

Love my new sit stand desk
Love my new sit stand desk! It makes all the difference to my 8+hr work day where I am tied down to my desk. It looks gorgeous but the most important is how it functions. Presets are easy to add or adjust, the center curvature for more ergonomic set up is great! The ability to customize it to fit your height really has helped my back! I would order it again! I am also going to add accessories.

Purchased the table no problem, the website is very easy to use and it was shipped easy and fast, which I appreciate. But after sending half of the table they decided that my purchase was fraud. Even though they had taken the full amount for the desk and already sent me half. Then they asked for pictures of my debit card and ID to verify that I was who I said I was before they would send me the 2nd half of my table. Even though they had already charged me the full amount.
In the process of getting my money back and having to go somewhere else. Nightmare to deal with and customer service will stonewall you until you finally get higher up the corporate ladder.

This desk is definitely worth it
This desk is definitely worth it. I have had my sit/stand desk for a few weeks now and I love it. It is very sturdy, and was easy to assemble. (We watched the video.) The up/down mechanism is very smooth. Highly recommend it.

Missing all hardware…
Packaging is better than most companies, BUT they did not ship the hardware to assemble the desk. When contacting the company they will not overnight the hardware either. Purchased in time to have it ready to use for an employee and now have to make other accommodations. Update: they offered a $30 dollar refund but that’s not what I’m looking for, requested them to overnight hardware and they refused.

Bought an under desk charger, a computer under desk support solution (the fabric one) and an under desk drawer. The quality on all of the items is amazing, the prices are great and everything goes on sale often, shipping was fast and supporting Canadian is a big cherry on top

Refund finally processed
Update: After I posted this review, Desky reached out and processed a full refund. While the experience was frustrating, I do appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and resolved the issue. I still believe in supporting smaller businesses, and it’s good to see that they responded and made things right in the end.

I had a quite bad experience with this company. Bought a 500CAD chair (Desky Pinnacle Executive chair) that ended up breaking after 3 weeks of use. No use out of the ordinary. Three weeks after requesting a refund within the timeframe allowed in their policy, and it still hasn’t been processed because I no longer had the original box. Desky told me they would ship a replacement box so I could return the chair, which I appreciated, at that point, I just wanted a solution.
Two weeks later, the box never arrived. I followed up and received no response. As of today, I have a $500 chair that I was only able to use for two weeks, now sitting unused in my basement.
I genuinely try to support smaller businesses, but experiences like this are why people end up buying from large retailers like Costco. One of the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I would definitely avoid.
