These guys do amazing work

These guys do amazing work! Yes, it’s not cheap, but if you have a vehicle or RV that you care about and want to have look better than new, this is how to do it. This was the third Spring that I’ve ordered the service for both my SUV and my 31’ travel trailer. As always, the work was impeccable! For the first time, this year I asked for an interior cleaning of the RV in addition to the exterior, and when it was done I was amazed at the diligence, detail, and thoroughness of the work. The guy even washed the kitchen utensils that were hanging behind the stove! Rugs were scrubbed clean, and dust was removed from every surface.., even from picture frames hanging on the wall. I can’t recommend these guys more!!

Great experience

Setting the appointment was super easy, and they confirmed the night before. The day of, they messaged letting us know the exact time they would be here.
Showed up on time and spent over 5 hours on our 2 cars, which now look brand new!

Fantastic job

Fantastic job. On time and super friendly. I spilled Costco chicken soup in my car and the smell was horrible. Now the car looks and smells brand new.

WOW, like a brand new car

All I can say is, WOW! The two technicians who worked on the car did an absolutely fantastic job. The car had been sitting outside unattended for nearly a year and so it had a lot of issues. The biggest problem concerned mold that had developed over time inside the car, mostly in the front areas of the driver and passenger seats. It was a total mess and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to clean it myself. A friend sent me a link to Detail.com and it’s the best recommendation I’ve gotten in a long time. Not only did they bring the sparkle back to the outside of the car, but they successfully eliminated all the mold and the nasty musty smell inside. I swear the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! I am beyond pleased and thank my two technicians for all their hard work. I’m definitely keeping this company’s name for future reference. Great Job!!

The Tech Makes All the Difference

“Price for an SUV Gold Detail is higher than several I saw online. I admit that I selected Detail.com in a hurry and was 2nd guessing myself today before the tech, Mauro arrived.
However, I was very impressed and pleased with the professional and quality job done. Mauro was prompt and wasted no time. He worked efficiently and did a very thorough job.I didn’t see anything he missed (unlike several other detail shops I have used) Also-Mauro used quality cleaning and protective products. (Not Amor All!).
If you use this company I recommend that you request Mauro to do the job. ”

I’m extremely happy with the results

I’m extremely happy with the results! I originally scheduled the detailing because my dog had an accident in the back seat and I needed serious cleaning and odor removal.

I had the interior and exterior detailed with the pet bio-waste remediation and super interior upgrade, and the outcome was amazing. My truck honestly looks brand new, and the foul odor is completely gone like it never even happened.

Kenneth did a fantastic job. He was nice, professional, and funny, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants their vehicle looking and smelling like new again!

I booked the night before around 11pm
And was able to confirm someone to have it done while I was at work. The window being from 8-11. They showed up at 9:15am and with everything I needed to have done finished in what I say at a good time around 12:20pm.

Detail.com - Worst service ever!

Worst service ever!

I called and made my appointment 2 weeks early. I had a business trip coming up and wanted to make sure the car was cleaned. However, after multiple last minute cancellations I find myself out of time and up against the day I must leave for a business trip.

Detail.com offers and sells cleaning services during the winter.

As such, I booked an interior cleaning only. Despite it being interior only, the lackluster employees at detail.com instead of actually working with me to get the services they contracted to deliver performed, the detail.com employee decided to inform me of what the freezing temperature for water is. And did so in a very snotty manner.

My point is this do not sell services that you have no intention of fulfilling.

Do not charge people for services you do not deliver.

Stop hiring people that don't care about their jobs or the people paying their salaries through patronage of detail.com.

If you make a commitment keep it and do what you say you're going to do.

That's pretty much rule number one in business.

Detail.com does not do this. In my recent experience detail.com is not worth your time or effort and definitely not worth the frustration and endless amount of time you will spend trying to reschedule and get the service you pay for delivered.

Caveat Emptor -
BUYER BEWARE!

Adding to my review following a response from detail.com.

Detail.com sent me a text and an email.
In the text that they sent they offered me a 30% discount and in the email they sent they offered me a 20% discount.

Whie it is a kind offer in an attempt at damage control, it further proves my initial point about this company being disorganized and incapable/unwilling to fulfilltheir business promises to their customers.

The multiple last minute cancellations all cited cold weather and it being unsafe as the reason for not fulfilling their promise and commitment to deliver the service they scheduled and I purchased.

While I understand this and it makes sense on the surface it is important to note that the services I scheduled were interior only.

It is further important to note that I myself have worked outdoors in January temperatures in the north and I still had to go to work everyday and perform my job duties.

Furthermore why schedule and book an appointment in January if you unwilling and/or incapable of delivering the service in normal January weather in Brewster, New York.

Furthermore, within an hour of detaile.com canceling the alreay rescheduled appointment at the last minute AGAIN, I was able to call another interior car cleaning service and was immediately able to schedule and the interior cleaning of my vehicle.

They completed the interior cleaning services within an hour. They did a spectacular job, too! Even with it being January.

They were grateful and thankful for the business.

Instead of MAKING EXCUSES about why they COULD NOT PERFORM the requested services they they made the commitment to do the work and did an excellent job!

This only further demonstrates the completely unacceptable manner in which detail.com addressed my request for service.

On top of all the frustration I had to spend an hour of my time cleaning up the mess that they made when they booked an appointment they had no intention on following through and delivering the service on in January, given the normal weather patters.

It adds insult to injury when The reason I booked the appointment with detail.com in the first place was to take advantage of the convenience their services offered, as marketed and advertised on their website.

In the end all I got we're lame excuses about why they couldn't perform the work instead of solutions on how we they were going to deliver the service they agreed to perform.

After this experience I have no plans on using detail.com in the future for any reason.

And where is the CEO of detail.com in all of this?
Well there is no CEO of detail.com and that's part of the problem. Because no one is responsible no one is accountable. Given this I can see why they're operating model is in such a shambles and that's why their services are unable to be delivered.

I offer this review In an attempt to spare others the frustration, disappointment, and waste of time attempting to schedule and receive services from detail.com that I experienced.

Unreliable

Unreliable. This is just a glorified scheduling service. They have no control over quality or reliability. After receiving multiple confirmations nobody showed up!

Amazing job

Tech arrived on time, and did such an amazing job, i was shocked. My car looked better than when i bought it.

This was a really disappointing experience.

This was a really disappointing experience. I was scheduled to have an appointment with Detail.com and they give you an arrival window of three hours. Mine was 8am - 11am. I watched the tech pull out of my driveway as I was pulling into the driveway at 8:02 AM. Without so much as a phone call, we made eye contact, I was waving them down trying to let them know they were at the right address, and they proceeded to just leave. I know I was late, but by two minutes? With such a wide window of arrival, you would think that the tech could have waited just two minutes. The company itself claimed they called me, which they did, but two hours after the fact. The tech made no effort to contact me. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for anything beforehand. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
