SCAM. Money taken, product not delivered, refused to answer emails.

Site has been taken down, finally.

Order placed and paid 2 weeks ago.
No email confirmation- no contact, phone number is invalid.
No reply - scammed

Scam. Wish I looked on here before ordering. Ordered a new dishwasher for our holiday flat and it’s been 3 weeks since paying them and no communication or product.
These are thieves.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! take money no contact no delivery of order.

I had contact with Bonnie personally via Devaro's contact site as I was trying to purchase a toaster and was having trouble with delivery to my address. Bonnie was very helpful and gave me Devaro's bank details so I could transfer the money to their account I even was given a reference number.I also gave Bonnie my address. Since I made the payment I have been trying to contact Bonnie and Devaro regarding my payment and purchase without any response from anyone. My money has gone from my accoun to them. There service is very poor and I still don't know if I will even see my toaster.

Scam. The company is a scam. I am surprised why the website is still running. You can search for Dobacan Limited with the director's name Khaled Ahmed in Egypt pretending to be Bonnie Baker. dobacan limited 13819539

Still waiting for a product I ordered nearly a month ago.
Wish I went in here before buying as looks like this company operates in one way. Takes your money and has no intention of supplying the goods you pay for.

Sakes old story as ,any people on here. After repeated attempts to contact them they simply don’t respond.

What an repulsive and unethical business.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

We ordered a desktop dishwasher 3 weeks ago.
They said we would receive the items within 6-8 days. Well it is 21 days later and after numerous attempts to find out when we can expect the delivery we have had zero response from this sham of a business.
Please please please do not subject yourself to this business.
They have taken our $500 and at this stage effectively stolen it from us.
These our scam operators.
Get your items elsewhere to avoid stress and more importantly the hassle of being completely and utterly ignored as a consumer.

I recently made a purchase on your website, Devaro.com.au, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After making the payment for my order (#1368) on 26 Feb 2024, I have yet to receive the goods I paid for. Furthermore, for the same order, I have been billed twice.

After I instructed you to cancel the order, despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any response or explanation regarding the status of my order or a refund. It is frustrating to note that while your customer service team responds promptly to inquiries about purchasing and payment, my questions about the refund status have been ignored.

This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. To date, not only has there been no refund, but I have also received no response to my refund request.

"Devaro.com.au", Please address this matter immediately and provide a resolution. I expect a full refund for my order, as well as the duplicate charge, without further delay.

Paid a steep fee for fast delivery. Still haven't received my order for a 3 pack of Google Nest Cams. It is currently 1 month past the expected delivery date. Have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Very disappointing. Their website offers great products at discounted rates - but I would never recommend purchasing from them.

I received an email stating that the payment had not gone through. Consequently, I reordered the Philips air purifier. However, I was charged for two units, and the products ordered on February 8th and March 3rd have not yet been delivered. I sent emails both before and after placing the order, but I did not receive any response. Despite requesting a refund and following the refund and return policies outlined on the website, there has been no reply to my emails. They only respond when I send an email about payment not going through. The products still haven't arrived. I am urgently requesting a response. Alternatively, I need a phone number for customer service to ensure that customers can receive assistance whenever needed.

I don’t know what it is about this company bought a vacuum cleaner from them it never turned up when was supposed to. When chased them up about it they claimed that they had been trying to get a hold of me by email, not true. Eventually they canceled the order took a week to get our money back phewwww
Don’t think I would risk buying from them again wished I had read these reviews before I bought from a company I had never heard of. They were polite in their email responses just there is something not quite right about them

This company is the worse l have ever dealt with. Such a scam. I ordered a product from them last year and never received it. Normal sorry but we did not send it and will send a refund but that was more than 5 weeks ago and still no refund back to my acc.
BEWARE OF THEM!!!

I ordered a video doorbell and after 2 weeks still didn't receive it. I emailed them and received an email saying i would receive a refund in a few days, it’s been 2 weeks and still no refund.

Ordered a Bissell product 3 weeks ago. It has still not been shipped. Have attempted to contact the company via email as there are no phone numbers. No response.

Don’t be tempted by the slightly lower prices like I was. Not worth it.

If I don’t get a response today I’ll be contacting my credit card company and canceling the payment.

I ordered a gaming keyboard, not even a day later the order was cancelled and i received an email saying i would receive a refund in 5 days, it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund, and 2 unanswered emails.

Can someone tell me when my order is delivered ? Ordered on 12/12/2023, I have no tracking number provided and no store phone contact either. It has taken one week and one day now. If I don't receive my order today 20th December 2023, please cancel the order and have me a refund !

I can tell you 100% that I will never purchase anything from Devaro AU in the future again.

Never received my order (it’s been 5 weeks now) and sent 15 emails left without any answer ..
