Ho ordinato un piumino della Colmar, è arrivato dopo due giorni e in maniera perfetta! Ottima azienda, la consiglio, sia per i prezzi sia per la serietà.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 5 dicembre: uno zaino e un portafogli. Ma il pacco che è arrivato conteneva solo lo zaino. Non rispondono alle e-mail, ne tantomeno pec. Pessimo!

Ho effettuato un ordine in data 16 dicembre con consegna prevista entro 1/2 gg lavorativi. Ogni giorno la consegna viene rimandata e a 8 giorni dall’ordine non ho ricevuto nulla. Non hanno un recapito telefonico e non rispondono alle mail

Ich habe eine Tasche bei Devid Label online gekauft. Leider ist die Tasche nicht schön , sieht anders aus als auf dem Foto. Ich wollte die Tasche zurückschicken, leider hat der Verkäufer geschrieben ich soll für den Versand nach Italien die Kosten selber zahlen. Das sind 15-18€. Deswegen habe ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben. Und jetzt habe ich eine Email vom Verkäufer bekommen, der schreibt, er wird die Polizei einschalten , wenn ich die Bewertung nicht entferne. Was soll man dazu noch sagen

I orderd a pair of sports shoes. After few days waiting, no informations regarding the shipping. I wrote several emails and whatsup messages, but no answer. I opened a dispute on pay pal (lucky me that I used this payment method) and only after that I was contacted by the firm for refund. Better not to buy anything from this firm!!!

Ho acquistato degli shorts da uomo che ho dovuto cambiare. Ho dovuto scrivere due mail e attendere qualche giorno per una risposta poi ho finalmente restituito l’articolo e mi sono stati trattenuti ben 12,80€ per un viaggio! Una vergogna non mi è mai successo con altri siti! Non acquisterò mai più

Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con questo venditore online che, in violazione della normativa sui diritti dei consumatori, ha inserito illegittimamente nelle sue condizioni di vendita una clausola secondo cui, in caso di pagamento in contrassegno, se si restituisce la merce, non ti rimborsano l'importo in denaro, ma si è COSTRETTI a utilizzare l'importo del reso solo sotto forma di BUONO SPESA presso il LORO NEGOZIO. Li ho contattati più volte, chiedendo di ricevere il rimborso in denaro, ma inutilmente. Ho contattato quindi un'associazione dei consumatori, che mi ha confermato l'illegittimità di tale clausola e consigliato di segnalare questa pratica scorretta all'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.

I researched for a long time for a specific pair of sunglasses and was very happy when I found them at Devid Label and ordered at the same day. Additionally, I ordered a pair of shoes and two pieces of clothing.

The delivery speed was okay for an international delivery but could have been processed as well two days earlier. I was quite surprised that I had to communicate manually the banking transfer to them after two days have passed as their administration wasn’t noticing any payment receipts and processing the order. In modern times like these, I expected someone at the seller’s office to check that and not make a customer confirm it.

But I am really disappointed about the delivery quality as they forgot the pair of sunglasses that were the main motivation of my order. That means, that they only delivered 3 of 4 purchased items which is in any event unacceptable. Although it might seem as a minor issue compared to the total amount, it is still some unprofessional act for an online shop. I can’t tell, if it happened mistakenly or intentionally as this was the lowest of all four product values.

But what is really striking, is the ignorance of the customer service compared to my message before with the payment confirmation. When it’s about problems, it seems that the customer service of Devid Label does not exist and ignores unfortunately all emails and can’t be reached via phone call. As I did a traditional bank transfer, there is no possibility for me as a customer to claim my money back or insist otherwise on completing the delivery. The amount in litigation is too little for stating any legal grounds against them.

Really disappointed about Devid Label as they did not fulfil the sales contract and play out the ignorance mode. I will never make an online purchase again when I have to do an international banking transfer.
