Their quality is excellent and so is their customer service.

The skeleton I ordered arrived really fast and it was amazing quality - the material is nice and thick, very flattering to wear, no itchy tags, and it feels nice on. The printed design looks amazing and is high quality and on all the right parts of the body. It’s well designed and made well and you can feel the personal touch in the service when the package arrives.
I’ve already told friends who also got on and ordered theirs the same day!

The products are very good, the customer service works well and delivery is on time.

First, let me say customer service was fabulous! I live in the states and was worried I wouldn't get my item before Halloween, they responded and shipped my item asap! Then I received my jumpsuit!! Awesome! Material!fit!texture!graphics! Fantastic.I can't wait to wear this for Halloween I'll update this review with pics! If you are in doubt ,don't be, Buy it you will not be disappointed.

LOVE the outfits and the customer service is amazing!

I contacted them on Instagram on Monday when I was about to place an order but I was afraid I wouldn’t receive it before the weekend since I live in Norway. They answered right away and helped me check that the outfits I wanted were available to get shipped right away. They asked for my order number, once I had placed the order, so they could approve it. I paid for express delivery and got it the next day!!

I wasn’t sure about the sizes so sent them my measurements and told them how I prefer it to fit and got recommended a size and it was a perfect fit!

The prints a great and light up well under black lights. Definitely will order again when I need a new rave outfit 😍

When I told them I had an event coming up, they did everything they could to make sure I had the costume in time. And I did! Thank you so much!

I’ve ordered one costume for Halloween from DevilWalking. First of all, they have a really great quality, the costume feels like a second skin, print is perfect and colours are so bright!:) The delivery to Austria was fast and when I had some questions, customer service was really fast with the respond. Mel from Support Service always stayed in touch and provided all the information I needed:) Definitely not my last purchase, thank you guys:) Highly recommended

This was my second time ordering from them! I knew I loved their products when their bodysuit fit my body! I'm 5'2 and 135lbs. It's hard to find full body suits that fit my legs and torso properly, and still look flattering! I went to place my second order and was having trouble adding things to my cart. I reached out to customer support to see if there was a problem with their website. After submitting my questions, I was able to figure out that I had a setting for my safari that made my computer unable to read the code for the website? (Weird, Ive never faced that problem before?) But I was able to change my settings and make my purchase. I was very pleased to see the next day that customer support had still reached out to me to check in, even though they saw that I had been able to complete my purchase. I always appreciate the little extra mile customer support does to make their customers feel valued! Thank you again Mel!!! She also assured me that my order would get to me by the end of the week! Such a relief to be told that considering I made my purchase pretty last minute before I travel for my festival next week!! Love Devil Walking! I'm glad my friend recommended you to me!

I’m 6’5” and 185lbs (astral traveler size M) my partner is 6’1” and 150lbs (in electromagnetic size S) both suits fit perfectly! They kept us cool while the sun was out, the breeze on the mountains helped that, and when night came it held in my body heat enough to be comfortable while dancing. I can’t wait to purchase more and support this artistry. I received so many compliments and told every person where I bought them! The quality of the fabric is top notch, and I have very sensitive skin. Express shipping was more than true to its word and that can be rare here. I live in Arkansas, the middle of USA, and I was impressed by the speed of our delivery. I ordered 9/6/2024 and received the bodysuits 9/11/2024. Even the support staff who helped me, Mel was so professional and fun to talk with. Devil Walking deserves a 10/10 for going above and beyond for its customers 💖

I had a great experience. I ordered the Black skeleton top with the hood and it was a bit too small. When I emailed to try an exchange I got such a fast response! No hesitation to help me what so ever to make sure I got the correct size! Would definitely order again

Customer service is excellent! I had a misunderstanding with the shipping and delivery time frame. I had ordered my items and chose the express shipping option and thought that my stuff would arrive in 3-5 business days. I realized after 3 days that I never got any updates on my items, so I emailed customer service to ask about the status on my purchase. They were very kind and informed me that it was 3-5 business days for the item to be shipped, since they make their items as made to-order. They also asked when I wanted my order. I needed my items in that 3-5 day timeframe after I ordered them, and to my surprise they shipped my items immediately that day so that I’d get my stuff when I wanted them. They made me feel very cared for, and I am excited to receive my items in time! I am very happy with how my situation was handled!

I have bought 12 different all in ones from devil walking as stage outfits for performers. I spent $246 on my most recent order. So around £190. I was charged £101.70 duty on it! I contacted devil walking and they don’t care. Said living in the UK I should know that duty is due on anything over £135 even though they don’t tell their customers this. I pointed out that the % was way over what it should be and again they don’t care, they stopped responding. The parcel has arrived today and there are 3 items in the parcel, not the 4 I ordered and paid for. On the label it states the value of the order at $355. Not the $246 I paid. So my extortionate duty bill is because they put a different value on the package. And now I don’t even have the 2 outfits that I needed for male dancers. Cool outfits but nothing is worse this much work or overcharging. Appalling customer service. Infact it isn’t customer service at all.

For reference, I'm 5'9, 142 pounds. Tall, athletically built. My measurements fell perfectly within their small sizing guide. However, I ordered a small for the full body suits and while it did fit, it was a little too tight making it less flattering around my bust and butt. I sized up to the medium and it was great. I have a long torso which makes full body suits difficult sometimes, but it worked!

Incredible customer service!

I wanted to buy two tops since another store couldn’t ship the stuff I initially wanted.
The shipping would’ve taken too long so I contacted customer service.
I talked to Mel and she was incredibly polite and the refund went smoothly.

Ich hatte mich nachträglich gemeldet da meine Bestellung wohl nicht vor dem Festival angekommen wäre. Man hat mir kurzerhand einen Expressversand angeboten und innerhalb von 3 Tagen war meine Bestellung da! Ich bin sehr glücklich und begeistert :-)

Good quality and very good costumer service

There is a clear lack of transparency regarding shipping fees.
I paid 6.99 USD for shipping when ordering my item. When it was delivered, I had to pay another 18 USD for borders fees. This is the first time that I encounter such a situation. That should be mentioned and never come as a surprise for your customers!

Customer service was a great help in trying to locate a parcel lost by the postal service. Great communication while they inquired about the parcel and, when they found it was lost, replaced all of my items and sent them over by courier. It's obvious that they care about their customers a lot and are proactive in fixing any issues that come up.

Clothes are great, good quality and fit really well. Well recommended!
