It was great I only wish there had been opportunity for questions to be answered. This is such an important topic and is frightening for many families. Clarity and guidance is needed and a certain level of legal push back against the Labour Government for making these decisions on British citizenship that will hurt British born families.

Helpful summary of the current law with reference to so.e caselaw too. Clear and concise.

The course was very informative and pointed out exactly what the requirements were and what was needed to ensure full AML compliance. The course presenter (so sorry, forgotten her name) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of "real" experiences to draw upon. The course notes and slides provided after the training are very helpful and have been passed to the fee earners for them to take on board what is required.
