My solicitor was Jenna at DGM, from day one all the way through to the conclusion of my claim Jenna was friendly, polite and professional. Non-fault claims can be very stressful especially when the other person tries to blame you for the accident but Jenna remained positive throughout the claim despite us having to overcome some unforeseen obstacles right from the offset. When court involvement was recommended I was worried but my experience with DGM solicitors has been great, from calling and speaking to the receptionist to the thorough advice I received throughout the claim. If I am unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident again my first call would be to DGM. Thank you again Jenna for making the whole process as stress free as possible.

This company is amazing! Lauren was brilliant from day 1 right to the end. She supported my case so much and was always very prompt with replying etc. She kept me updated at all times and helped me understand information that I found difficult to process. The first contact I had with Mrs Hughes was outstanding and very professional she outlined the complete claims process from first interview until the claim settlement.
I was updated at every stage of my claim which was very reassuring and was honest in her expectations which proved to be totally correct.

I would like to give a Big Thanks to Sharon Stevens and DGM solicitors.
They went above and beyond for me to recover my compensation which was made to be a tricky and long process.

Through Sharon Stevens persistence and hard work she recovered all of my compensation within a short period of time and took on an ongoing case while settling the first one, As the previous solicitors was unsuccessful in closing the case, and Sharon recovered all of the compensation on both cases kept me updated at all times and responded to every E-mail I sent.

Five star service, I can’t fault it.
In the unfortunate events I get involved in any accidents again DGM would be my first call, I would highly recommend Sharon Stevens.

The fees are very high which they charge , they take nearly half of the amount where other company’s take max 15 - 20 % ie toataly amount £1600 which after fees I taken £900 .
