Bona nit... La meva humil experiència és que l'empresa que utilitza el nom de DHARMA LAW FIRM & ASSOCIATES LEGAL PRACTITIONERS, és una empresa NO REAL. Després de diverses investigacions personals, puc afirmar que l'empresa citada (DHARMA LAW FIRM & ASSOCIATES LEGAL PRACTITIONERS) + ZEEBAL.ORG + STARBRIDGECREDIT.COM, actuen de manera coordinada amb l'objectiu d'estafar a les persones que ja han estat estafades anteriorment i què, desesperadament, intenten recuperar els seus diners. Persones que tornen a caure, com jo ho he fet, en una nova estafa.
Aconsello no pagar diners per recuperar els teus diners estafats... Sempre és una mentida !!!... Mentida de persones i/o organitzacions sense escrúpols. Estigueu alerta i dubteu de promeses d'empreses que prometen la recuperació dels vostres diners... Si us demanen pagar prèviament per poder recuperar-los, dubteu... ÉS UNA ESTAFA SEGUR !!!!... Pregunteu... Demaneu registres oficials de l'empresa "X" que us promet solucions ràpides... Registres oficials del país d'origen on estiguin registrades... Número de NIF, Domicili fiscal, etc.... Dades i informació que us puguin confirmar que aquella empresa està legalment registrada i us demostrin, amb documents oficials, que realment ho estan.
Si heu pagat, parcialment o totalment a aquestes empreses, no dubteu ni un segon i, malgrat la vergonya, la humiliació personal que implica aquest pas, denuncieu a les autoritats pertinents aportant tants documents, proves, escrits, converses gravades, etc... que tingueu.
Sense denúncies, no es pot actuar !!!... DENUNCIEU !!!!!

Rug pull....rip off exchange....I. were supposedly free because they are being bought out....they charged no fees but 300,000,000 million of my coins disappeared when transferred. Dharma stated they would pay for all fees.....liars....all of them....hope they choke on what they stole.....time for a class action lawsuit

It is probably too late for me, but let this be a warning to anyone who hasn't already been taken to avoid dharma labs like the plague.

Either the wallet is improperly designed and is not ready to be used by anyone, or there is outright theft going on, but you WILL find your tokens conveniently missing. Or it will say "transaction failed" even though you are charged. I had a verification meeting scheduled and they didn't show up for the first meeting. I complained. No apologies. I'm only the customer, right? Then, we did have the meeting subsequently. I was promised to have my missing tokens restored to my wallet within 48 hours. That was last Thursday. You do the math.

I am going to sue them if they don't make right with me.

Edited: So I initially gave this a 1 Star Review. Dharma.io staff helped me out in the Discord, money showed up, withdrawals worked well. (Ironically the withdrawals were instant, but who's complaining).

For those wondering, it was a withdrawal on the MATIC mainnet to Metamask, I noticed it doesn't work for some people. Always do a small amount test initially!

If anything, the support staff saved my review on this. Ofcourse, funds not showing up as soon as it should is something that should be looked into (This is referring only to the PolyGon network).

Can finally invest in the $MVI, thank you staff.

Send some matic from my Metamask wallet to the Dharma wallet thru the Matic mainnet. Its been more then 12 hours now and still don,t see anything in my wallet.. even when the polygonscan says the transaction is completed. Stay away from it.

This company is a complete scam. I deposited tokens in early August and they never appeared in my wallet. I reach out to customer service and nearly 2 weeks later they reply and say it's a "UI Issue". They promised to "recover the account" and send my tokens back to me. After over a month they say the issue has been fixed and say they are going to send the tokens, and never did. They took me for a wild goose chase and played games. If anyone knows where I can file a complaint and take legal action against these scammers please let me know.

I attempted to deposit funds into my Dharma wallet over ten days ago yet I still don't have access to the USDC that I attempted to purchase. Dharma charged my bank account twice for the one deposit that I made. I've contacted Dharma support and they haven't root-caused my issue in over a week. Incredibly unsatisfied with this app. Please use Coinbase or Gemini instead of Dharma.

Terrible business. If you want to make any trades the network fees are outrageous I wanted to trade 20 usdc into grt @1.54 each and the network fee to do it was 69.95 . I only transferred 50 usdc into my dharma wallet to test it out and thank God because not from all the fees I can not even transfer the 50 usdc out I can’t swap it and I can’t sent it to another wallet. I hope this company crashes and burns it has me questioning the fact that they are are Coinbase backed venture. Tells me Coinbase backs scams.

I deposited 120 dollars worth of Eth at the time. I try to transfer it to another wallet and or swap it with Uniswap but the fees are so high, like almost 60 dollars. On Eth gas station, it reads fast 110 and standard 83. With Metamask, it was only $3.63. Dharma is way more expensive. I can't even take that money out of there without incurring a loss. It was a good thing it was only $120 dollars. I was not happy with this app, what so ever.

They steal money and it’s a scam don’t buy this piece of garbage , taking them to court

This company is very closed to be a scam. I am advising anyone out there no to make the mistake I did.
1-The website is not self-explanatory as it should, worst nowhere to get help.
2- If you manage to get someone, which will be Brendan most of the time, or Luc...If unfortunately, you invested in the company already, don't expect any response so quickly.
3 -I invested $ 1,500 with the intention to gain interest revenue as promised, almost 3 months later, I have to threaten to take the company to the court before Brendan decided to release back to $ 1,487 instead of $ 1,500.

I put in an order for a token at a price of 2.34 per token. I was charged at a price of 2.66 per token. They have a "slippage" fee and a transaction fee equal to 2.5% in total, but 2.34 is less than 90% of 2.66. Why was I overcharged?
Where'd that money go, DHARMA?
As an added bonus, they added another previously unmentioned "onramp fee" of 1.49% tacked on. No transparency here. Just fraud.

They have the temerity to claim "no gas fee", while scamming you.

Edit: in addition to the previous fees, transferring tokens out of wallet is also exorbitant. I want to say in total, fees cost me roughly 18% of the total transaction. "No gas fees" indeed.

Tried to install Dharma Wallet. Installed ok but did not work. Tried many things to get it to work and failed. Keep away from Dharma Wallet it's not a viable product

If you are lucky, you can earn some interest with Dharma, but you do not have full control of your money with this platform. I've been an established user for several months now, successfully depositing and withdrawing DAI. Then, a few days ago I tried to make a withdrawal and got a message saying my browser was not configured for it. Huh? It's the same browser I've been using all along. Ok, no worries. I contact their support. Response time is awful, but it's ok - I finally, I hear back and they tell me, after some prodding, that the reason *could* be the fact that I cleared my browser's cache and that I need to initiate an account recovery. Yes, you read that right - you clear your browser's cache and THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO ACCESS YOUR FUNDS FROM ANYWHERE. Security precaution? Mmm, a bit too secure if even the owner can't access the funds. I'm not really worried and I'm hoping that the issue will be resolved eventually, but it's been three days into the recovery process and support has been silent. My experience and the design of the platform goes against the main tenets of Defi, which is full transparency and full control of your money. Don't be lured by high interest rates and stay away.

I originally wrote this review, because I was unable to withdraw the 1 Dai I had deposited, for some weird reason. And it was a 1 star, scathing review. However, *AGES* later, I can change this review:

After tons of round and about conversation (with Brendan and Rachael) and sharing my personal ID to verify I was who I said I was and waiting WEEKS longer for them to reset my account, I followed some sage advice from Rachael VERY carefully and this is exactly what was given to me this time. I'd recommend you follow it to the letter:

To recover your account, please do the following:

Log in to app.dharma.io from your preferred device. We recommend using ->*the latest version of Chrome or Safari*<- (emphasis mine). Please make sure you are not in incognito or private mode!
Click your name in the top right corner
Click "Take Control of your Dharma Smart Wallet"
Go through the flow to set up your authorized browser/device combination

Next, it's time to add a second authorized device. While you are still logged in to your preferred browser, please do the following:

Log in to app.dharma.io from a new browser + device combination. You'll see a red pulsating dot in the top right corner of your homepage.
Click on your name, and you'll see a notification that says "This browser is not set up to make withdrawals".
Click that notification.
A modal will open asking if you would like to authorize this device, click "get started".
On your original browser, you'll see a modal pop up asking for permission to authorize the new browser. Accept.
Then voila, everything will happen in the background, and your new browser will be set up to make withdrawals

Once I had followed the first paragraph of instructions carefully (I used Chrome), everything clicked together like clockwork and my browser (Chrome) was authorized for withdrawals. FINALLY!

I used Firefox originally and never got any of the prompts I saw this time. I can only assume something went crazy with Firefox, but I was still upset it took so long to get things sorted out to this point.

So, if you're going to invest with Dharma.io, make sure you use a Chrome web browser and follow the instructions VERY carefully. It should (hopefully) save you all the headache I had to endure... for 1 Dai (now Sai). :-D

I'd recommend not investing in Sai, as it's being phased out soon/eventually. Wait until they convert to actual Dai. Invest with USDC in the meantime.

Promising interest rates, high fees and all let down by poor customer service. I’ve been using them for about three months now and have averaged about 5% interest, I went to withdraw the other day and found that I needed to “approve on another browser” I have tried multiple browsers and can’t get to my money. The help team have replied once and now have given up replying. Do yourself a favour and don’t even consider this as a viable option for your money.
