They are true to their words and their customer service is great. I have had no issues with this company and will continue to use them when I have extra diabetic supplies. I just wish they would offer direct deposit to your bank account as a way to get paid.

Excellent company - A great transaction!

They were wonderful. Krystal contacted me once the supplies I sent got there. She gave me an honest quote and sent me a quick venmo payment of a 1.00 to verify it was me. Once I verified the account she tried a couple of times to send the final payment, but Venmo was having issues. Krystal apologized for the delay, I told her it wasn't her fault, things happen and I'm very patient. Krystal sent that final payment again at 12:14 am central time (my time). It wasn't necessary for her to stay up late to send it. What a great company to do business with!! I hope in the future we can do business again as this was an easy transaction. I found them online just by googling. I will definitely recommend DiabeticHelp Organization to my friends.

Krystal went above and beyond for a new customer. Much appreciated.

The website

The website, prepaid postage and venmo payment option made the process very quick and easy. I will definitely be using this organization again.

Very good service.

This was my first time using this service and I must say that the process was easy and the turnaround time was less than one week. Will definitely use it again in the future if needed. It is nice to know that the items can be used by others instead of having to throw them out.
