I chose Diabeticstrust among several institutions for our first collaboration, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The most important reason for my choice, and what sets them apart, is their refund option, which addressed many of my concerns. Even though I have to cover the return postage, it is reasonable. Overall, friendly and prompt responses: 5 stars; fast payment processing: 5 stars. So far, I have no complaints.

A year ago I came across Diabetics Trust as I was looking to sell some of my supplies. After doing research looking at a few other companies. I felt led to connect with DT because of their quality customer service reviews. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Sally and reached out after making a submission, with information on shipping, and how they would follow up once supplies arrived. Keeping me in the loop from start to finish. At no point did I feel it was a scam or uncomfortable with the process (there are some out there). Communication with DT is professional, caring for the seller and not just the product. Margie had a follow making sure I was all set and didn’t have anymore questions. This was my second time selling and will sell again. If you have any questions just reach out. So easy to use. Got great price for some leftover sensors. Filled out a few questions accepted the quote printed out the label sent the sensors in and a few days later got the check. They even checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied.

This was a very easy experience. I was a little leery, but I had read the good reviews, and it seemed a very straightforward and simple process, and it was. I followed their instructions carefully, packed it exactly as I was told and about three days later, I received a text they had received it, inspected it and my PayPal payment would be deposited within a day or two. Two days later I had the Paypal payment. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

Honesty is something I value especially in people that I have any kind of interaction with. I have worked with half a dozen of the company’s that buy diabetic supplies and this company, Diabetic Trust is one of those that are at the Top of The Game. They done what they promised and more. I got paid quickly and what was promised for my products. One of my boxes had some damage but because I was a first time customer they didn’t take a dime from my order. You heard me correctly Diabetic Trust took NOTHING not even a penny from my total and paid me the same day. Be careful with other buy back company’s they will take more than they should for tiny damages as they have taken back hundreds from me in the past.

My experience was great. They kept in contact with me through out. They texted with me from start to finish. They even followed up to make sure I received my check.

I have used Diabetic Trust a few times. My first experience, all of my items were returned to me. I was provided with detailed, useful information as to why they could not be accepted. Stains, dents, etc. This was helpful in the future. Everything I have subsequently sent has been accepted and I have been paid quickly, via PayPal. The communication from the company during the process is comforting and friendly. I have been very pleased to find this company and have it be a legitimate service. I package my items carefully and place the label they provide on the box. I arrange for the USPS to pick-up the package with my daily mail. I track the shipment to them. It only takes a day or two for them to inspect my items and send the payment through. It's very convenient and I'm not the only one who benefits.

Diabetic Trust customer service is top tier. Most of these companies are too busy to answer the phone. DT called me personally after I shipped to let me know everything to expect. They offer a great return policy on damaged goods, ensuring there’s no funny business. I shipped on a Thursday and had money in my account Tuesday. Name says it all.

If I could give more stars, I would. The process was all done in a timely manner. Price transparency, processing transparency, receiving transparency, integrity at its finest!
