They respond SO quickly to any questions or concerns you have, and help the best they can. Even had acouple damaged boxes, and for being a first time client they still accepted them and paid me out. Get your label on time, turn around is great and when they receive the products they even email you what's going on with your products.

I had sum bad dealings with other places but I can say diabetic trust has treated me very well so far they are very polite and transparent they let u know what's going on step by step during the process all I can say is when a business grows sometimes it's for the better sometimes it's not but if you had bad dealings with them give your self a break and go back and try again sometimes they are a work in progress and they are learning as they grow that's what good business do learn from trial and error so give them a try first timers and unpleased 2nd timers then see how they are I hope youre just as satisfied as I've been (knock on wood) jk seriously give them a try there awesome 👍😎
