Re land lord claim .ive been attended by some very polite and caring individual. Iespecial alex. He is so caring and helpful. 2 paralegal I've spoken to were very tentitive. I think had i not spoke to Alex firstly I would not got involved. Thanks alex. Keep on been nice.

Tanya is professional and empathetic…

Tanya is professional and empathetic towards my disrepair claim with my housing provider . Reassuring me to proceed with the legal team ..I would like to say this company holds your hand every step of the way I was so nervous about starting this claim due to the treatment and being dismissed by my housing trust but once I submitted evidence of the condition I was living in Tanya sss as if I had a strong case and pursue so here I am taking action so I thank her dearly.

Honestly Dial a Claim was really…

Honestly Dial a Claim was really helpful for me. Things were stressful and confusing but they made it easy and simple. Chloe was amazing, she explained stuff clear and kept checking in with me. Always replied fast and made me feel like things were moving.

Big thanks to Chloe and the team, really appreciate all the help. Would defo use again if needed.

From my personal experience they are…

From my personal experience they are untrustworthy and scammers i called them about my kitchen work and they spoke in a professional way on the phone and requested information and pictures of my outstanding kitchen work and the last thing they asked me was a picture of the outside of my house after i sent that they said my house looks brand new and in good condition from the outside and they closed the case 5-6 months later they tried to ask for my auntie’s information and my auntie didn’t give them information and they hanged up the phone. all together this was just a bad experience and a joke for us.

Whilst we do assist clients with housing disrepair claims, we do not carry out kitchen renovation work ourselves, nor do we operate in the manner described. We would also like to clarify that we do not cold call individuals — we only contact customers who have made an enquiry with us directly and requested assistance.

We have also carefully checked our database and are unable to locate your details on our system. We therefore believe this review may have been intended for another company and has unfortunately been posted on our profile in error.

The circumstances described in this review, including comments regarding the appearance of your property from the outside and requests involving a relative’s personal information, do not reflect our processes or standards of conduct.
