Ordered on 5th February.
Still not received order 12 days later.
No one to contact. Sent emails nothing.

Order finally came and my partners done them.
She thinks there okay quality but there is better ones out there.

I ordered a Custom Diamond Painting the end of January. I honestly believed this company was based in the UK. It was a photo from my daughter’s wedding. When I received the painting, I soon realised that because the two faces were small in the image, details were lost. This was confirmed when I started applying the diamonds, in fact the faces looked even worse. May I suggest that in the description you make it clear that images with larger and clearer details will be more suitable for a painting than anything small.
I realise now that I could have ordered the same thing from Temu also based in China for £4 or £5 and I paid £18 . Yes it was packaged well but unfortunately I will not be finishing this one.

Really enjoyed this Diamond Dotz, picture of Yorkshire Terrier, beautifully created. The colours were excellent and the little squares were very well created.
Would love to do another.

Avoid this company......the website is in UK but be carefull the order is coming from China....which means around 3 weeks...maibe more...God knows .
When you ask about your order,they are using the excuse like " there is too many orders and is very busy period".
January....and they are extremely busy..🤣🤣
If you order from diamond art or shein or temu ...the only difference is the price ( triple at diamond art .....so if you want something order straight from the soursce and avoid being foolish.
I have already 2 weeks of waiting and God knows when or if I will receive my order!

Canvas chosen for me as a present. Very impressed with the quality of the drills and accessories provided but also the re-usable drill packaging. Picture is coming along nicely. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a personalised diamond art canvas of my Ragdoll cat and I’m honestly so pleased with how it turned out. Because he’s mostly white, I knew it could be tricky to capture his details properly, but they did a great job matching him as closely as possible

Delivery and packaging was first class.I chose the London picture for its colour and brightness, which has turned out very pleasing. The symbols are very clear and easy to follow, with plenty of diamonds to spare. I have completed my picture and would use again.

The picture itself is easy to follow, its bright and clear.
The diamonds themselves are in sealed separate bags so it makes tidying away so simple. Would definitely recommend.

Speedy supply of my custom art. Well packaged and the canvas was rolled to prevent creasing. Only a quarter of the way through my picture but it is starting to come through nicely. I think the colours may be slightly off from the original picture but I will continue and trust the process. The canvas background colouring is confusing as it is not consistent with the drill colouring.

Brilliant set of diamond art, the picture is very clear and the number/ letters are very easy to see. Comes as a complete set and a choice of square or round drills both with high gloss finish and super strong adhesive, waterproof and amazing quality very happy

Good kits that my wife loves.
Only draw back is that delivery can be a little while.
But we will continue using.

Ordered well in time for Xmas only to be told Yodel lost parcel in local office after travelling a cross the world! Something finally turned up at end of January and it was personalised photos so somebody else still waiting. Customer services is not very good and eventually received correct items 2 months after order which ruined Xmas presents!

The delivery came on time for Christmas which was a great relief as I had left it a bit late.
I bought 3 diamond art pictures for my wife and she has done quite a few of this type of picture and was very impressed with the quality, one of the pictures is of my daughters dog which is going to be a thank you gift for looking after our dog and I know she will love it.
Definitely recommend this company.

Ordered 3 separate pictures that I could complete for my sons but haven't had a spare moment to start them yet. They look great without the diamonds so hopefully they will look magnificent once I've completed them.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. Had a special picture from my photos made for my daughter’s birthday. She loves it and the extra tools that came with it too. All the diamond pieces are in resealable bags which is extremely good. Previous ones we’ve purchased elsewhere the diamonds bags are non useable once you’ve gotten into them. Liked this one as I can frame it.

I ordered my first piece as a present and loved the result so ordered a customised one to be created from a photo. So pleased with the result I will definitely be ordering more. It’s so easy and relaxing I can’t recommend it enough. Everything is provided to complete the piece and they look wonderful when framed. I’m hooked!

Excellent product. So easy to order. Delivery exactly as promised. Keeps the brain active, which is a must and I love the finished product.
