They have stolen my money, scam. Reported to traidng standards. BE AWARE, SCAM COMPANY. Took my money and hasn't responded to my emails. Waiting for a response

Canvas arrived quickly was a good quality the picture I used did not fit the whole frame and I thought I would end up with white boarder thankfully you edited the picture and got rid of the boarder

I have sent them many emails to confirm my order because they sent me an email to confirm the custom picture I have not heard from them since

I usually get my diamond art from Temu, and to be to honest theirs is just as good and there is more choice and a lot cheaper.
I also get some from The Works, Aldi and Lidl when they have them in.
I won’t be buying anymore from yourselves as I feel I’ve been ripped off, was under the impression that they were more superior, what a disappointment

Very well packed kit. Kit had all the essential parts inside. Canvas was very clear and numbers easy to see. My husband who is doing this one, particularly liked that all the drills were in reusable bags and clearly numbered. Will buy from this company again.

I urge EVERY potential customer to AVOID Diamond Art UK. This outlet is one of the worst in the retail sector by far. Firstly, despite their misleading name, they are not a UK based company. This is extremely important, especially when you purchase with trust. It's only upon waiting for my delivery that I suddenly discovered that it was working its way through China, and would take weeks to arrive. Given that my order was a birthday surprise, I certainly wouldn't have purchased from this company had I known that it was based in China, because of the lengthy delay in receiving it, hence why the company name is misleading and, I would argue, a devious way of attracting customers. I purchased 7 items from Diamond Art UK, totalling around £90. After 2 weeks, my order finally arrived. However, only 3 of the 7 items were present. The 3 items which did arrive were of very poor quality, which was such a devastating discovery. They were packaged horribly, crystals were missing, it was a disgrace. My only priority then was to at least receive the remaining 4 items I'd already paid for. This proved to be an absolute nightmare. The company immediately responded to me reporting the missing items, which is an important thing to mention. They requested photos of the items which had arrived. I not only sent what they requested, but also sent photos of the packaging. That is when the unbelievable silence began. After numerous attempts at obtaining the 4 missing items, I had to give up with this request. Ultimately, I decided to request a refund for these items. The amount of messages I had to send was staggering. Almost every single email was ignored, despite me knowing that they could actually respond quickly. I even tried to contact them via Facebook, as they promote. Again, most of the time I was ignored. When I did receive a reply through Facebook, it was to advise me to contact them via email, but obviously this was no use as my emails were simply ignored. I had to resort to threats of escalating my issue, but this had no effect either. After several weeks of this, I finally received a partial refund. The whole ordeal was incredibly stressful and totally unacceptable. This is exactly why it is critical that a company using a UK title actually is based in the UK. Trying to resolve awful issues like this, when dealing with a company based in China, is virtually impossible. It's a lesson to me that, despite what the company title is, you should ALWAYS check the website/trader information before you purchase, something I'll be doing from now on. Diamond Art UK are an absolute disgrace. Don't part with your precious money. The quality is appalling, you'll be waiting weeks for your order to arrive, you'll be missing items, you'll be constantly ignored, and the stress it will cause is absolutely not worth it. Lessons learned!!

I purchased three diomind art sets although I have not started them yet I had a nosy at all three of my diomind art paintings the quality was to a high standard and look forward to starting them once I finished my current diomind art ohh also you buy to and get 1 free which is an absolute bargain

I have used Diamond art on a number of occasions and the quality is always excellent.

Any orders placed will come from China - your tracking number ends with CN this means its a Chinese shipment. I placed my order on 20 July 2025 & an email on 23 July 2025 saying order is on it's way. It arrived on 30 & 31 July 2025 because they split the order. Then the issues were immediately noticed and DiamondArt were contactedwithin 24 hours of receipt of order., Firstly out of the 3 sets - Two of them had the missing pen grips and the wax. Then a few days later, one of the diamond painting called Mother & Baby (Panda themed painting) well there was not enough drills of colour 775. I emailed them on 01 August about the missing waxes, no reply, I emailed 03 August about the missing drills, no reply. Out of frustration my wife contacted them via Facebook then they finally replied to my email on 05 August asking if I needed other colours. I replied confirming only the colour 775 as the other sets had not been started as they take time to complete. Again no answer so contacted them again via Facebook only for them to say we can't find your order tracking number... as of 14 August 2025 the issue continues. DiamondArt offers many discounts on their website - well now I know why & I agree with the other 1 star reviews on here... don't buy from them as you will just become another victim of their poor customer services, poor communication and buying sets which are incomplete so you can never finish them = waste of money. I hope Diamond Art read this honest review & contact me with a reply as to when the missing drills will be sent. If they do I would be happy to update this review - so, Diamondart.uk you have an opportunity to resolve this issue.

Update - 15 August - in response to the reply from DiamondArt, Thank you for your fast reply which is appreciated. I have already supplied the information to you from your requests and this information has been sent have in my emails, as well as responses in Facebook & Messenger. My advice to you would be to look for those messages which you have replied too as that is where you will find the information you are requesting again, and again etc. I suggest you review your processes as historical reviews from other Trustpilot users are highlighting an ongoing negative experience. If you need the information again, please search for my emails sent to you just yesterday with a search keyword of 775. I will provide a further update on here in due course to other reviewers as to if you contact me or not as I should not be sharing data on a public domain

All looked ok when I started but when it come to doing faces. It all went wrong. There faces turned out bright red and under there noses and lips turnout brown. As this was my first time using a live copy of a photo. I was not very happy

High quality product for a good price!

They have a lot of different designs. My son is autistic and diamond painting helps keep him calm when he is feeling anxious. He particularly likes animals, his last was a horse. I like that you can get the design in different sizes.

Lovely custom diamond art picture. It came with all the equipment needed and is colour matched really well. Good value for money!

If you do diamond art as a hobbie this is the company to use. I have been using this company for years, and never had any problems. Delivery has always been fast. And they have been very helpful. I normally buy the photo ones. Which the quality is brilliant. And if haven’t had enough diamonds, I sent them a email and they will send you the diamonds to complete the picture.
