From the start, Shenaz made everything so much easier—she was incredibly knowledgeable about the different stones and guided us through choosing the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. We decided on a stunning yellow diamond, discussed how we wanted it mounted, and after paying a deposit, collected the finished ring around 4–5 weeks later. The craftsmanship was flawless.

Since then, we’ve also purchased a gold necklace and a ring—both absolutely stunning—and we couldn’t be happier.

With all the different areas to shop within jewellery quarter, it can get quite overwhelming deciding where you’d like to go for an engagement ring. I decided to ask for recommendations and I was directed here.

I was in search for a bespoke ring, something which would capture the personality of my partner.

We had no idea what we were looking for when shopping for an engagement ring back in 2019, and after many hours visiting different jewellery stores in the Quarter we came across Diamond Dealer Direct.

Raj was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable and he guided us through the pros and cons of the different diamonds and settings available, without the hard sell and with genuine interest in finding the perfect ring for us. The quality and price were fantastic, compared to others we had looked at previously.

We have been back twice since, once to find a replacement engagement ring after sadly losing it on holiday and then to find a diamond pendant and each time we have received the same fabulous service, from Raj, Shanaz & Antonio.
