Excellent service provided from the day one onwards, pick up from airport, hotel stay, treatment all went well as planned. No delays or waiting time any where. Staffs are very polite and friendly, coordinator was always giving support and boots confidence. Worth for the money too. Highly recommend Diamonds of hair for other people who looking for a hair graft☺️.

Fantastic experience and worth every penny! I would recommend Diamonds of hair to any one who’s concerned about Hair loss issues. All staff were friendly and made you feel comfortable throughout the surgery. Still early days but i will update in a couple months.

Couldn’t be happier with the results they provided everything and more and very welcoming 5star and also providing airport transport to hospital and 5star hotel .hospital staff were fantastic went out there way to get me nice meal as I didn’t like hospital food cengiz made translator and kept me feeling positive and even come to help with all the smaller details great man I’ll be back to finish my teeth ❤️

Overall I’m very happy with Diamond’s of Hair. From start to finish Yasin has been extremely responsive (even in the middle of the night.) I must be honest, I was not prepared for a 10 hour procedure, however the staff was very caring, stopping at 6 hours and getting me food. The team was professional, the aftercare products are top of the line, and the limo service was a nice feature. I’m very pleased so far with the outcome. You must be patient with the progress. Your head stays numb for awhile, but every day it gets better. If I had one comment to say, it would be to go with the highest level of service (Diamond.) I opted for the Gold, which is exactly the same as the Diamond except a 4 star hotel instead of a 5 star hotel. That was a mistake. The hotel is on a noisy street, the food was not great and the hotel smelled like smoke, with ashtrays in the hall and in the rooms. The room was nice though, but the smoke was gross. This is not a reflection on the service of Diamond’s of Hair though. As it relates just to the procedure, I’m very happy!!!! Huge thank you to Yasin and the whole team.

I recently had my hair transplant done at the Diamond’s of Hair, and I’m very pleased with the experience.

From the beginning, the communication was outstanding. Yasin was very responsive and helpful in Whatsapp, answering all my questions immediately and setting clear expectations .

I was warmly welcomed when I arrived at the clinic, and everything was well-organised. Dr. Senem performed the procedure with great skill, care, precision and thoroughness, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She was supported by Eda and Gizem, who provided attentive assistance during the process. Their teamwork brought a calm and positive atmosphere.

I also want to thank Cengiz for his support on the day of the procedure. He helped coordinate everything smoothly, kept me informed, and explained the aftercare instructions clearly.

The transport and hotel were well arranged, which made my experience smooth and stress-free.

I was impressed by the initial results of my hair transplant — it exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to see the full outcome.

From the very beginning, the communication from Diamonds of Hair was excellent. I was fully informed of every detail—hotel arrangements, transportation timings, and procedure dates—all of which made the experience smooth and stress-free.

My main point of contact, Gingis, was incredibly helpful throughout, and both he and Dr. Sanaa spoke excellent English, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident. The entire team, including the technicians, were professional, attentive, and skilled. I can’t praise them enough.

The procedure itself was carried out with great care and attention to detail. At every stage, I was kept informed and checked on regularly to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was also provided with a meal, drinks, and energy bars to help keep my energy levels up during the process.

I’m currently on Day 2 post-op and already very pleased with the initial results. I’m genuinely excited to see the full results after 9 months and will be updating this review then.

Highly recommended for anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul!

Excellent service from start to finished. The communication with Yasin over WhatsApp was class. From the pick up from airport, plus day of surgery was very professional.
