I ordered a ring on November 30
I ordered a ring on November 30, 2023, it was shipped and since December 06, 2023, it has not moved according to the tracking site of the post office.
Since December 06, 2023, I've been fighting with Dicci for help. But the only answers given are "we've made a request to the Portuguese post office and they have to deal with the French post office."
As I write, it's January 15, 2024, i.e. 1 month and a half, and still no help / news from DICCI.
Of course, they've received the money, but they don't want to do anything for me: no return of an item, no refund, nothing at all...
I should never have ordered from them, and I don't think I'll ever receive my ring or my money again ....

Excellent Experience Overall
I made 2 purchases from this website, with a year of distance between them. I have to say the quality is astonishingly good for the price Dicci offers: I have items I bought more than one year ago that are still perfect.
I made my second purchase last month, and the Italian delivery company had problems with my package (not Dicci's fault), so I also had the (un)pleasant occasion to test Dicci's customer service. What can I say? They have been fast-replying, kind, precise and reliable. Pedro, the person who assisted me, answered my emails even 2 times on the same day and showed full availability to solve the delivery problem. This is not something that is seen very often nowadays.
To conclude, my experience has been fantastic both with the quality of the product and their customer service, so this is a deserved 5 stars for my first review on TrustPilot.
