Ordered 2nd June for Father's Day, they said the order was shipped the next day but tracking never updated. After several days of trying to get hold of them I got an email reply to say my package was lost and did I want a refund or replacement. As it was a gift I asked for a replacement and they have ignored me since (about 5 days ago now). I emailed again to ask if the replacement was sent and no reply again. Yesterday I finally asked for a refund after being sick of waiting and ordered elsewhere, no one has replied to this either. I'm down £93 so far with nothing to show and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely AVOID!
Edit: They eventually emailed back on 17th June to say a refund will be sent, it is now June 28th and I still have not received the refund. Sick and tired of it. Seeing alot of other people with the same issue around Father's Day presents.

Had some initial problems with delivery (not Diddly Squat's issue) but contacted customer services via email and I had my replacement order within 48 hours. Items were a gift so not used myself, might have to do another order now.

Woolly blanket perfection
Ordered a woolly blanket and then ordered a little extra to get free delivery. Received purchases quickly and was kept informed by delivery company Evri on progress. Goodies arrived and the blanket has totally exceeded my expectations! I look as glamorous as the lovely Lisa wrapped up in it. It’s luxurious and fabulous and it made me smile thinking what a good use of the lovely wool that we saw being collected in was it series 1? Thank you Diddly Squat. For the smiles, happiness, quality and not least the extra little surprise of Jeremy in the box!!!!

What can I say OMG. I brought this for my husband after watching Lisa have this on the show and she was right, Jeremy you have made the best mustard ever.
When my husband tried this I watched his face and he said oh this nice, oh no this is really nice, Jesus you better order another jar. lol . So I’m doing that now along with your cheese and onion crisps thank you 👍

I ordered 3 items on line & when l received them two of the jars had leaked into the parcel. I contacted them saying they were a gift that l couldn’t give because of the condition.
I received an email back immediately with an apology & they replaced the 2 damaged ones which I have just received. Thankyou so much. Will order in the future.

Initially, there were a few issues with delivery. However, I contacted them and they responded very quickly. Any issues were resolved. Items were delivered. Everyone was happy. Mustard was amazing. Have just reordered a few more jars. My hotdogs are now the last word 😁

Lost gift purchases at Diddly Squat Farm in The Farmers Dog car park.
Had a great visit to Diddly Squat Farm Shop and unfortunately left my purchases hanging in the disabled toilets in car park. I wrote to the team and had replies from Tasha who was amazing and tracked down my goods! As I’d already returned home some miles away, they are being posted on to me. I reported a small issue with a parcel ordered, got a very quick, friendly reply offering an alternative to be sent and yesterday I received two glasses in pristine condition! Anything can go wrong when ordering from a business, the benchmark is how quickly (and well) it’s fixed! The service was exceptional- a big thank you to Sarah for putting this right for me. Sounds good but when I did waste my time reaching out to them my email was comletely ignored. They write this sort of note on bad reviews to make themselves look good, as if they care but all they do is ignore it. I purchased a glass jar of unedible honey which I paid £20 for and on receipt it resembled a glass of solid rock. If would be wrong of me to say it resembled a white jar of candle wax as you can put a knife into that, but what I received bent the knife it was so rock hard. They would have know it was in that condition when they sent it to me.

Update 27th April 2025
After many emails and months of waiting I have, to my amazement, now received an edible jar of honey from Diddly Squat Farm. It would seem that they never had ANYONE dealing with complaints so all emails highlighting errors were ignored in the early days. Once the farm set up a customer services department I received an invitation to write to them again with details of my stone hard jar of sugar instead of honey that I had ordered. They never replied to that but apparently my email went into their spam box. When they read my Trust pilot review they searched and found it and contacted me again which has resulted in a delightful jar of edible delicious honey.
Both my husband and I admire Jeremy Clarkson so have been disappointed by this experience and as much as we enjoy the farming TV productions we would not go so far as wanting to make a donation to Jeremy's next Lamborghini, so it is nice to at last receive an edible version of what we ordered so many months ago. Thank you Diddly Squat Customer Services department.

Massive queues, tiny shop, over priced - keep going to the local village shop and butchers instead

My 1st visit and we did arrive 30 minutes prior to opening on a Sunday. My main frustration was the toilets and the clear lack of cleaning as it appeared to be a while ago they were cleaned and no hand soap. The shop is small but it has a varied selection. With the revenue it generates an investment in a cleaner is a missed opportunity. Especially with the recycling bins they could also do with a clean as well.

Order didn't arrive, no contact
October 2024 I placed an order for a case of Cider. When it hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update and recieved no reply. I chased up again after another week and again recieved no reply. I chased up again after another week and requested the order to be cancelled. I informed them I will initiate a chargeback through my bank if I don't hear back from them and again recieved no reply.
Refund recieved via a charge back through my bank. To my surprise my bank told me that they appealed this. On what grounds I have no idea, but I have my refund and they have lost a customer.

It's about the Mustard! WOW.... I haven't been to the shop, I bought online. My God, I had 1 jar devoured it. I have bought 4 more and (reluctantly) gifted 1 to my niece. You'd have thought I'd bought her diamonds with her reaction! 10/10 from me, and my niece.

Nice products but zero customer…
Nice products but zero customer service. My friend ordered a mushroom kit for my birthday in august, it arrived a couple of days before and was already sprouting out of the box, so the first batch were useless. We both contacted customer service via email and facebook and still have not had a reply. I have followed up with another and still no reply, surely trading standards need to pay a visit due to the reports on here, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

We visited the Diddly Squat farm shop…
We visited the Diddly Squat farm shop in October, whilst we were in the area for a few days.
We purchased some lovely products as Christmas presents and treated ourselves to one of the Grow your own mushroom kits.
Unfortunately we had to delay starting our crop, due to being away and so unable to care for them correctly.
On our return from holiday and keen to start our mushroom adventure, we discovered that the mushrooms had been a little too eager in our absence and had started to grow, despite not being activated!
We contacted the Diddly Squat customer services through the online form and received a super fast reply, apologising for the over zealously growing mushrooms and offering us a replacement.
The replacement box was sent within a few days and we were updated with tracking information, so we knew when to expect them.
The communication and customer care we received from Sarah was excellent.
With our experience we would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered Jam from shop as Christmas present. When this arrived the jars were open and spilled so unable to use as gift.
I have tried several times to contact shop, yet to receive a response.
Customer service is appalling.....and no response on here to previous reviews.
Do not buy online as it appears everyone is having issues
