scammers who treat their customers with disdain, support does not respond, money is not returned, although it was the service's fault that the order was lost. 0/10 don't even think about buying anything here

They are literally scammers.

After 24h dealing with customer service and developers my problem didnt solved. Even I gave them my anydesk to investigate the problem after few tries ( On each of them I got bluescreen and contacted them again while devs were working on my PC )

Devs finally told me THEY SHOULD MAKE A REFUND.

Then I contact with Customer Support and they simply told me that I was crying to get a refund . THAT WAS LITERALLY WHAT THEY SAID IT TO ME AS A FAILED CUSTOMER. !

Then they told me remove this negative feedback to make it refund.

When I refuse ( because I wont delete this review till I get satisfied. ) They simply told me WE ARE NOT DOING REFUNDS. even tho their devs told me to do so ..

Such a horrible experience for me and I literally waste 24h of my life to fix that scam. I dont even care my money after this point which was very small amount. But wasting time on a Issue that couldnt fix was literally horrible.

As a Customer I'll never suggest this scambags.

The quality of the goods depends on the seller to the seller, therefore it will not be possible to write a consistently good review, but I will not underestimate the rating either. I am a seller on this site, and have sold more than 300 units of goods, in general I am happy with this, but on the buyer's side you can be subjected to bad actions from the seller. Do not forget to leave negative reviews for sellers on the product page if you did not receive something, this will help you get your money back.

They work in collusion with scammers, you buy a non-working key, open a dispute, the seller writes to contact the support service, the support service does not respond, the digseller specialist says to deal with the seller yourself.

customer service are basically non-existence. paid $25 on an account, used it for about 7 days, got banned. the seller received it's refund as stated on email left by the service provider, the seller said he did not received any refund, I waited patiently for over 17 days. there wasn't any update, he gave me a solution. tell me to remove the negative feedback, and then he will proceed the refund. but once the feedback is removed, I no longer have any right to fight my claims. I email the customer service, it's literally below the conversation page. it's been over 3 days now, still not receiving an reply. lesson here, if you ever purchase anything above $10. prepare yourself, your fund says good bye to you forever, by the way. the seller only has like 2 negative feedback, I assume he did the same to others.

Situation: I ask the "buyer" for proof of the card's inoperability on March 10 and still, for 8 days now there has been no answer from him, I write about this to the administrator that they say the buyer does not answer - decide what they write me crazy nonsense just not to to give me money, then I begin to understand that the money has long been spent by the admin (or his accomplices) and the numbers that I have in the form of supposedly my balance are just sketches and nothing more. I ask why you are throwing me, they tell me that they don’t do this, but they also don’t want to help in the ticket, in which they have been silent for 8 days, because there is simply nothing - there is no money. And I have a lot of such dialogues with them. Three situations of 500 dollars each, and in all these cases, the administration is the interested party, putting all sorts of obstacles and stupid excuses for a fool, just not to give you money. If I show the screenshots here, everyone's jaws hit the floor. The item has been sold but I have not received the money. I was still surprised at first why they didn’t sell solid balance sheets on the site, now I understand. Recommendation for others: avoid this place - you will be thrown! On my own behalf, I will say that I intend to achieve the closure of this Bulgarian fraudulent office, now they will draw up them in the RKN and the media for a video review by those interested in their "activities".

Купил аккаунт игры для PS4 за 2к, который оказался не рабочий (не правильный логин или пароль), хотел открыть спор, что бы заменили его, но оказалось что ссылка на товар в личном кабинете на сайте не отображается, следовательно спор из воздуха сделать не могу. В поддержке не отвечают.

Я просто вставлю сюда переписку с поддержкой чтобы Вы понимали с чем Вам придётся столкнуться и почему не стоит пользоваться этой платформой для покупки каких-либо цифровых товаров.

1) Здравствуйте, я купила товар (вход с аккаунта Стим — Вальхейм). Это произошло в 23 или, в общем позже 10ти вечера. В описании не было сказано буквами, что то, что я покупаю может быть недоступно для использования какой-то отрезок времени (в моём случае — целую ночь). Я приобретала именно в тот момент, чтобы поиграть с другом. Так как воспользоваться данным товаром я не могла, я приобрела в Стиме официальную игру. Естественно я написала отзыв в котором уточнила для многих, что доступа нет, так как поддержка не работает 24/7 и потребовала возврата. Заметила, что на этом сайте удалили не только мой отрицательный отзыв, но и других людей (сайт — plati.ru). Я так этим аккаунтом и не воспользовалась. Продавец проигнорировал один раз, второй раз, третий раз моё требование о возврате. Пишет ерунду не касающуюся дела, избегает возврата. Закончите пожалуйста уже эту ситуацию по-нормальному чтобы эта тяжба прекратилась и мне вернули эти долбанные 200 рублей. Благодарю

Так почему же вы не обратились к продавцу сразу, а написали ему только спустя 9 дней?

Сейчас ожидайте ответ продавца в переписке на странице счета. Вам необходимо договариваться с ним, у нас нет оснований принуждать продавца к возврату.

Да какое имеет значение когда я ему написала? Просто потому что мне лень было. Это меняет факты произошедшие? Нет.

Я в любом случае в поддержку не обращалась потому что на тот момент это не имело смысла. И естественно у меня до сих пор и нет доступа к этому аккаунту. Вы считаете нормальным продавать то, что не будет иметь доступа — потому что любой человек будет заходить с другого IP и у него будет сообщение о подтверждении email. Когда я покупала аккаунт — я не думала, что у меня будут какие-то проблемы. В описании товара необходимо уведомлять о том, что при покупке будет отсутствовать доступ до связи с поддержкой, которая работает ограниченный срок времени в сутки. Поэтому данного явления достаточно для того, чтобы совершить возврат.

Как стала совершать покупки на малоизвестных площадках, столкнулась с тем, что такие сложности с общением с поддержкой при любом случае. Удалить клевету не могут. Возврат осуществить не могут. Вы конечно извините, но вы здесь законы нарушаете потребительские с учётом моей ситуации.

В совокупности никакие законы не работают, поддержка сделать что-либо не в состоянии - зато в состоянии отправить к webmoney чтобы мне заморачиваться с диспутами) Это отзыв и о plati.ru, и о digiseller. Никогда не думала, что игровой цифровой рынок это такая клоака, в которой ты не получишь никакого соответствующего сервиса, законы потребительские не соблюдаются. Примерно похожая ситуация с ggsell (с не возвратом, мошенником продавцом, клеветническим ответом этого продавца, невозможностью обновить отзыв чтобы сообщить что-либо и игнором поддержки) - смотрите в отзыве на этом сайте по ggsell.

Ну и plati.ru это никчёмный сайт с никчёмной поддержкой в плане эффективности в помощи и квалификации. Кроме этого Г с возвратом, они удалили мой отзыв, да и не только мой - потому что я видела как очистилась страница от негативных отзывов по тому товару (Valheim). То есть они удаляют отзывы без какого-либо свода правил и оснований - просто нарушают права пользователей в угоду своей выгоде и поддержке таким удодам продавцам - круто? Никому не советую иметь дело с этими абсолютно некомпетентными и нарушающими закон (не несущие ответственность) остолопами.

PS: после разговора через WebMoney деньги вернули, но сколько можно было сэкономить времени,,, и по-прежнему считаю, что это всё должно происходить так, что я написала о проблеме - деньги вернули,,, а не куча проволочек

Ужасный сайт. Продавец обманул а тех поддержка не собирается решать это...
