We bought a (heavy) item on Amazon with the seller as Digital Outlet. They gave a couple of days for delivery for an in-stock item. All fair. That time came and went. We messaged them and they said 'OMG its heavy' (it says the weight on the website) and touted a specialist delivery agent. And then nothing. Days later they said the same thing, and gave a tracking number. Said delivery agent does not recognise that tracking number - so... ? They've had a week after the delivery window and look no further forwards.

They always fix my stuff no doubt about it

Recently I have visited Digital Outlet to fix a problem with my printer. I was amazed by the professionalism and sincerity in customer care and service. The staff was very skilled and efficient in fixing my printer.

I ordered a TPM module over a weekend and opted for express delivery 1-2 days; I waited until the following Thursday before contacting Digital Outlet and they replied quite quickly saying that the package had been lost by the courier. They said they were sending a replacement; however I'm no longer able to receive the package at home as I'm back at work, I've asked it for it to be re-directed, no response, I then asked to cancel the order and refund my payment, no response. They're no longer replying to my email's; therefore my advice would be to avoid this cowboy company and pay a little bit more for peace of mind. Absolutely ridiculous service and communication or... lack of.

Great customer service and they really help you out to receive a great purchase and your moneys worth. If you have a problem with with your electronic, I would highly recommend to visit it, to at least get your electronics get checked out as its free for a check up on any electronic.

Fast and affordable repair to my mac. These guys were great and helped me out with a fairly major repair to my laptop in no time! Friendly bunch of guys and very knowledgable / happy to advise.

I order one pair of trainers and one cargo trousers from Outlet 26 when you look on their website they all look great and when I receive it looks really bad and material that is made of is cheap for that money does not worth at all. I suggest to all of you to don't waste your money here, also they don't do refunds. I wasted 100 pounds on this items and now i regret it. Don't fall for this scam online shop.

I needed a new battery for my MacBook Pro. I visited the DigitalOulet store in Leyton and spoke with the engineer who explained what needed doing and how long it would take. We also agreed that the thermal paste would be replaced to ensure that the MacBook didn’t overheat. I agreed a date to drop my laptop off and within a few hours I received a call to confirm that the work had been completed.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from your company. Also, l was impressed by the high level of professionalism, courtesy and honesty.

Excellent Service! I needed a card reader after another website (MoreFrom) let me down. Saying they had stock he they didn't.
I phoned Digital Outlet and they told me they had one left in stock, but to be sure phoned the warehouse to confirm. This was at 3:30 pm (30 Min after their next day delivery cut off). I ordered the item online and Digital Outlet still dispatched it the same day and it arrived before 10 am the next day. Well done Digital Outlet. Would I order again, yes!.
