I ordered my screen I haven't opened it yet I'm waiting till I have time but I chose expedited shipping and it got here quick and I'm happy thank you

My husband dropped his Samsung Galaxy S10+ and the screencover and glass screen cracked in several places. The bottom half of the screen was a bright white, so he could not see the entire screen. I ordered a new digitizer and screen combo from Digital Supply, it arrived quickly, and he repaired his phone himself!

Fast delivery, product was protected, new & fully functional.

The OLED display replacement for my iPhone XS Max was top quality. Price was competitive and delivery was fast. My only complaint that prevented a 5 Star Rating (and it's a minor one), I wanted to talk with someone on the phone about the different screen types. They said in the message, due to COVID protocols, the only option was an online chat and even that wasn't initially in real time. I began the chat session in the afternoon during their store hours, but had to leave my questions and was told someone would get back to me. I didn't receive a reply with answers until the next morning. I was able to online chat with someone from that point though, so again, this is a minor complaint. Bottom line...I would definitely buy from Digital Supply USA again for phone replacement parts.

My kit arrived quickly and I was able to replace my screen and digitizer myself. I think I may have messed up my home button but since I can use the on screen version that isn’t a huge issue, and I may tinker some more at a later date. It’s great having a new, crack-free screen on my iPad, and I’m not the most tech savvy person so being able to repair it myself made me happy.

This business is a SCAM. Any positive reviews are also not real. I placed an order and was charged. It has been almost 3 weeks and no product. Although, we received numerous emails asking to rate the products we purchased and have not received. They have no customer service support at all. You can only email them. They basically take your money and run. 100% thievery. I am on a mission to shut this place down as they are crooks and liars! How dare you people?

Everything went great except that you did not ship using the method I paid for, however you did refund me the difference quickly so great job!
