Great product, arrived in time

Service was great however after installation of the new battery there was still a charging problem I’m sure the battery was good but there may have been a problem with the circuit somewhere. That part is beyond my ability.

I would advise you to think twice and look at all the negative reviews scattered across the web and especially the ones from the BBB where they have a F- rating. I ordered 2 galaxy note 10+ screens from these guys paid the extra money for overnight, 5 days later I received the first screen and a msg telling me they were out of stock. and it would be 2 weeks before I get the next screen. I was out of state in California hence the overnight delivery, so for the next 3 weeks I'm trying to contact them because I was going to be back home in Missouri which is where I needed the screen shipped to. Good luck getting a hold of anyone.... The whole time I'm trying to let them know that they were shipping my item to a Air BNB i'm receiving emails telling me to hurry and order a note 10+ screen before they run out of stock..... It's been almost 3 months since I made that order and never received the second screen cause it was delivered to an address to some unknown person that accepted it. Plus I was never refunded the extra money for the overnight shipping that never happened. I am currently filing a lawsuit against them nand if you have been taken by these guys please contact me for attorney info maybe we can get a class action suit going.

TLDR; They will take your money you will not get your item or get a different item no way to contact them (They just wont respond) Im working on a lawsuit contact me for attorney info maybe we can get a class action suit.
