A huge thank you to Dignity for their outstanding service . A week ago we sadly had to use them for the first time and were so impressed with they way they looked after our beloved cat Teddy . He was a pure white cat so we chose the white coco urn for him and it couldn't be more perfect . The lovely caring manner of the staff from the first phone call, the attention to detail when placing his urn and other items in the Dignity bag and the lovely message the van driver left on my phone to let me know Teddy was back at our vet's so that we could collect him , was outstanding. Thank you all so much , you all did Teddy proud . We will always be grateful to you for the great care you took of him , it's very much appreciated.

March 2021, I found myself having to use Dignity’s services after I made the incredibly hard decision to have my boy Sox put to sleep after a painful illness. I never wanted to bury him as I don’t like the idea of my beloved baby rotting in the ground like rubbish, so I wanted to have him cremated and brought back home. Dignity provided me with all the info and services I required to make that possible, to which they done so with kindness and like the company name suggests, with dignity. The process of arranging collection from the vets, the individual cremation itself and collection of his ashes couldn’t have been more easy. I was so relieved to be able to have Sox in my room where he always wanted to be and where he belongs. The members of staff I’ve dealt with on the phone, and in person when collecting Sox and after arranging to have a token of his ashes put into a ring, we’re all so lovely, caring and kind which helped a great deal to put my mind at ease. I know some time in the future, I can rely on Dignity’s services again. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner finding themselves in the situation where they need to use their services

Absolutely 1st class I've used them twice now in the last 3 years sadly my last one three weeks ago they treat your pet with the upmost respect I've now done two attended services well worth every penny would never use any one else vets try and make money from vulnerable people at this tough time by organising there own much prefer the personal touch with dignity well done guys keep it up

From the time you collected my boy at the vet to returning him to me you were incredibly kind and compassionate and I know my little boy was handled with repect and dignity at all times. You made what was a incredibly heartbreaking time a little easier. You are true angels.

From the first time I spoke to them on the phone they were kind, compassionate and understanding. They explained everything and put my mind at ease.

On the day the staff were friendly and took care of everything with respect. It’s never an easy thing to do but they made it as respectful and easy as it could be.

We recently, unfortunately, needed Dignity's services again after losing our beloved cat Moonshine. As Dignity had provided such a caring service for our other cat Whisky 4 years earlier, we knew straight away that we wanted the same thing for Moonshine. Dignity staff showed great empathy and understanding during our phone calls and in finally delivering the ashes of our family member direct to our home. We now have both of our treasured cats' sleeping cat urns side by side in a cabinet and can find comfort in having them with us, along with their paw prints and fur clippings. The card, candle and forget-me-not seeds were also a kind touch. I would highly recommend Dignity to anyone who loses a much-loved pet to give them the send-off that they deserve.

We took our lovely Ruby to Dignity after she sadly passed away at home on Boxing Day. Dignity treated her with utmost respect as she so deserved. We can’t thank them enough for taking care of our wonderful friend. We attended the cremation on 29 December and had plenty of time beforehand with ruby to say our goodbyes and some prayers abd to leave photos with her. We miss her so so much, she will hold a special place in our hearts forever and I’m so happy we found dignity as she got the final ending she deserved. May she rest in peace. Thank you to all the lovely staff at dignity who helped us all through a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

I have used Dignity a few times in the past. Zac, my beloved JRT, Sammy, my darling Tortoise and lastly Manilow, the one who broke my heart the most. Each and every time I was met with understanding and concern. It's not about getting money from you, it's about giving a personal and dignified send off for your loved one. Thank you Dignity for being there in my lowest of low moments and for taking such care of my 'Babies'.

We lost are beloved Labrador Bertie on Fri Barnshaw took care of everything kind loving supportive and made a awful pain of the loss of our beautiful boy more bearable when we arrived to pick his ashes Di was so understanding and really understood are deep pain

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Dignity for helping us through a very difficult time having lost our dear rescued black lab Finnlay so suddenly a day before his 10th birthday.
We went out for his morning walk but he collapsed. He was an Angel dog in every way, who had had such a tough start in life, but we had 6 beautiful years together. Saying goodbye is difficult enough, but staff at Dignity, recognised how special he was to us, and helped us through the whole “saying goodbye” process. Every member of staff demonstrate great compassion. It’s embedded in everything they do. They kept in regular contact to ensure his service was as we wished. He was given the farewell he so deserved, with respect and care by everyone at Dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have recently had an attended cremation service for our beloved Cocker Spaniel, Rosie Apple, at Dignity. We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Toni, Richard and Ryan who showed great compassion and care to our family and to Rosie herself. All of our requests were met with warmth and understanding. They helped us to say the 'Goodbye' to Rosie that she deserved. As we grieve and try to heal from our loss, their kindness has made all the difference. Our sincere gratitude to three wonderful members of staff and to Dignity itself. A very special place.

Incredible place. Every time we go we come away feeling that the staff would do absolutely everything to help those that have lost a pet. We went to an attended service with our 12 year old for our cat. Absolutely everything was explained appropriately and with as much detail as we needed. We had as much time as we needed to be ready and say our goodbyes. Our daughter was spoken to throughout and given appropriate choices on from an initial call with my husband when booking. Beautiful atmosphere. Absolutely amazing, caring and wonderful staff. Would very highly recommend anyone to go to see them.

You helped make a very, very sad time a little easier.

Moving house very soon now and contacted dignity as leaving our pet behind felt wrong, they were good on availability and booking in for an exhumation wasn't a problem.

On the day, the only thing I can say is Kevin gets it, incredibly nice, very patient and understanding with what people are dealing with and recognising the importance of your pet. He took the time to go over exactly what would happen, if there was anything extra we wanted to put in, went through the options that we choose ahead of time and let us know if there'd be a final phone call to confirm all of it in case we wanted to change anything. It was all incredibly reassuring.

Honestly you couldn't ask for better and both me and my partner were so grateful to have dealt with such good people during something that can be so upsetting. For anyone considering I highly recommend Dignity and should the unfortunate happen again I know exactly where to go. I can't fault a single aspect of the process.

I can't thank everyone at Dignity enough; they have been instrumental in helping me organise my wishes for my horse, Badger. From the first emotional phone call where I was treated with respect and given time to process what I was really having to do, to helping make the necessary decisions, to Adrian collecting my boy with the greatest of respect and care he deserved, to receiving Badger's ashes and trinkets with such dignity and care. I will forever be grateful to the whole team for their hard work and dedication, thank you.

Very caring company. On a very stressful day for me I had to let my cat Samson go.Within 3 Hours I had a call from Dignity telling me they had picked him up from the vet and was in their care.His ashes were ready for collection a week later presented to me in a nice casket and card in a lovely paper carrier. I can not recommend them enough

I would highly recommend Dignity. We lost our cat Ella in 2019 and buried her in the garden using a coffin from dignity who were lovely when we called up to buy it as well as travelling to pick it up. In June 2021 we moved house so contacted Dignity to have Ella uplifted and cremated. Kevin, the owner, was brilliant and provided me with a number of options for dates and times. In both of my interactions with them I’ve found Dignity to be respectful and understanding. I can see only one ‘poor’ review in this site about making an appointment to collect ashes. For me, I wouldn’t want it any other way. This ensures you have privacy and one to one attention rather than the alternative which I’m guessing would be sitting in a room with others at a time of sadness. I now live in Worthing but would happily use Dignity again. A great company.

You have just taken care of my beautiful girl Chelsea and although I was and still am heartbroken at having to say goodbye to her Dignity made it easier and you did everything I requested and I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. You also rehomed my other beautiful girl Lacey and they both sit together now looking out over the garden, thank you 😊

Dignity were very caring and compassionate towards my beloved Tess who was cremated 12th February at 12:30.They show Tess compassion and looked after on her final journey to heaven.I was in pieces and still am but they made me feel better by their very caring approach.Sadly Jenny my other westie will need their services someday but I would not hesitate to use them
