Pour commencer, la communication c'est un zéro pointé. Il ne répond pas aux messages que vous lui envoyez, il fait le mort. Et quand vous faites des recherches google sur lui pour essayer de le contacter autrement, et après une pression de la part de Rakuten, il daigne enfin vous envoyer une facture (après un long délai d'attente). Sauf que la facture n'est pas correcte, alors quand vous lui demandez une facture rectificative, il fait le mort!
Le produit est arrivé avec un emballage abîmé. Passez votre chemin!

Le 11/05/2023 j'ai commandé un casque Sony WF-1000XM4 à 163,99€ que je n'ai jamais reçu. J'ai reçu à la place, une culotte Intimissimi et ce n'est pas une blague. Depuis que j'ai reçu ce mauvais produit fin mai 2023, impossible de me faire rembourser.
Je leur ai envoyé des dizaines et des dizaines d'emails, Whatsapp... et j'ai le droit toujours à la même réponse automatique, encore et encore et encore.
"Désolé pour l'attente. Nous avons de nouveau demandé le résultat de l'enquête et nous vous tiendrons au courant dès que nous aurons des nouvelles."
Aucun humain n'est derrière ce service après-vente inexistant !
Quelle enquête ? Je leur ai envoyé plein de photos du colis, du mauvais produit...
Tout prouve que je dis la vérité mais j'attends toujours un remboursement de leur part depuis fin mai.
Ce sont des incompétents et surtout des escrocs !
Je ne désespère pas. Je compte bien me faire rembourser de ces 163,99€.

Product is perfect genuine apple air pods. After having them from November 2022 there is a fault with the sound confirmed by apple that it’s a fault and should be covered with warranty but on apple services it says the warranty period ran out in June! So contacted Dimprice and have had nothing but automated replies they don’t do phone calls and I feel I’m getting no where for them to explain to me why they were Registered in June and my purchase date is November. It’s put me off buying online I’ll now be going to seek legal advice as I have proof of purchase and Dimprice advertise with full apple warranty… if anyone from DIMPRICE reads this I’d like to hope yous will respond to my emails and explain why my device isn’t being covered with the warranty as advertised

Hatte ein ZFold4 am 23.11.22 bestellt. Lieferzeit 2-5 Werktage. Preis war durchaus attraktiv. Tatsächlich wurde das Telefon erst am 18.1.23 nach mehrfachen Urgenzen geliefert. Ware grundsätzlich ok. Also wenn man sparen will und Zeit und Nerven ohne Ende hat, dann ja, sonst nicht zu empfehlen.

After Samsung messed around with my Black Friday order I cancelled the order on Boxing Day as they projected a further 3 week wait! So that’s nearly 8 weeks!
Not only does dimprice offer 12x the length of warranty that Samsung had offered
They were £130 cheaper
They gave double the amount of storage
And delivered it within 7 actual working days!
I placed my order with dim price knowing Royal Mail had induced late delivery’s for all couriers.. they said 2-5 working days I knew it wouldn’t be that but to get my order on 7 working days is fantastic especially because of what Royal Mail has done

I have read these poor reviews and have to say that my experience of Dimprice was excellent! I queried delivery of new AirPods and was informed when my goods would arrive, I had full tracking of my parcel. They duly arrived as expected. No dramas just good service and excellent price. Would I use them again - yes no problem.

Terrible experience with Dimprice
Like the person posting just now. I ordered from a UK website Dimprice but I learned that the item is coming from Hong Kong. Slightly cheaper but obvious warranty problems and also big delay sending to the UK, not the promise of delivery between 4 to 6 days. No good for me as Im now away. I ordered the Nintendo and received it from Amazon the next day £19 more expensive( so why didnt I buy it from Amazon in the first place..duh). So I cancelled the order and for safety decided to raise a dispute through my bank to ensure I get the money. My bank said Dimprice can still settle by refunding me and the dispute can be closed on payment. However Dimprice say I have to withdraw the dispute before they refund me. At the moment i am being sent a letter from my bank.. to email to C L at Dimprice cancelling the dispute. Dimprice say that they will then pay the refund.... UPDATE...The bank will act on my behalf if Dimprice do not refund me immediately so I will give them a chance....all for a saving of £19.

Really poor service. Avoid at all costs . Buy from a reputable company like argos or curry's instead , they may be slightly more expensive but at least you will get the items you order . I'm nearly £270 out of pocket at the moment due to false promises from this company. And no sign of a refund, hopefully I'll get it eventually. Had to order my items elsewhere as they are Christmas presents for my children. So I'm basically over £500 out of pocket until my refund arrives.

This company are operating outside of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, please do not order an item from them. I paid for an item only for it to not turn up. All they keep saying is they are invistgating but that’s been well over 30 days now which is illegal. They are a scam company and there responses are responses to wind you up, how they are getting away with this is beyond me.
