Ordered and received. I have not opened yet but something leaked in transit

I liked it the first time I used it. It was quite easy to apply. However, within one or two days I started to find it rather dry and harder to put on. I was thinking that maybe I hadnt closed it properly. After the first use I thought I should have bought 2 , but now it is hardly working at all so I am glad I didn't buy two.

Scam. Do not buy for them! I have yet to receive my order. Months later - the package says it is still in transit - and then says it is back in customs. Which is it? I have reached out to Dirctychop and they say it is delivered? What? Even the tracking system reveals it was never delivered. DO NOT ORDER FOR THEM!! SCAM!!

This shop offered “Jennings Large Ribbed Blue Planters” for sale. I purchased them for $62.28 and was charged by PayPal $81.22. After over a month of waiting for delivery I finally received my order and was told that my order had been delivered to my mailbox. Immediately I knew something was wrong as the planters they advertised are very large and would not fit in a mailbox. There was a small package in my mailbox and when I opened there were two miniature planters in the box, not what they advertised! $81.22 for two small plastic dollar store pots, not planters! Their return policy is all false advertising, no one will respond to emails. There is ZERO customer service and you are basically getting scammed! Not a trustworthy site! Thieves

I also fell for the “glass” hummingbird scam. When my order finally arrived it was a leaking “plastic” piece of junk. I received the same response as the other reviewers on here. Their MO is to advertise quality products and then send low end junk instead. They know that that their return policy is unusable for the customer due to cost so they offer a few dollars compensation, pocket the rest and you have nothing. If anyone would ever be interested in taking any kind of legal action against them please count me in. Spread the word; this is a scam site!

I ordered artificial UV flowers back in April. I have never received them. They created a bogus tracking number and delivery route stating they arrived to me. Even the post office said it was not a legit tracking number. My disputes get refused by PayPal for reimbursement everytime bc in order to get a refund I have to return the product….WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!

This company is not good! I ordered their hummingbird feeder and it leaked horribly. They sent a new one but it did the exact same thing. The will only give me $5.00 for a refund. That is ridiculous when the product is not working as it should. I don’t recommend them at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! ORDERED 2 SOLAR LIGHTS ONLY GOT ONE. THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE!

I tried to dispute the charge for the "Glass Hummingbird Feeder" which was made of plastic, through my credit card company and I was unable to find the charge for the feeder. How strange is that? And like before, the company refuses to give me a refund of more than a few dollars even though I spent about $35.00

I would only give 0 stars if possible. I order two GLASS hummingbird feeders off of Facebook ad for over $75 including shipping. The ad and my email updates were titled "Glass Hummingbird Feeders." Nowhere was it noted that these are being shipped from Hong Kong which is where this compay is located - not in the U.S. When they arrived they ended up as cheap, much smaller plastic feeders. I send email to this company and they said that, after reviewing what was sent, I got exactly what was promised without admitting they are plastic. I then filed dispute with PayPal after company only offered me $5 USD refund. If I didn't accept that ridiculous offer, I would have to ship these back to HK at my expense. They ended up telling PayPal they would refund $45 dollars but I would have to ship to HK. The shipping alone far exceeded the amount I originally paid and this rip off company could then turn around and sell them to another unsuspecting customer. I will probably donate or throw away rather than enrich this scam seller with any more $$. Do NOT buy anything from this seller.

The plastic razor blades that they are selling are just a waste of money, the blade is too soft to do anything.

They advertise “extra large” pots, claim they send you “large” pots, then when they arrive they are tiny. And no replacement or refund. Do not buy from them.

Same issue as others with the hummingbird feeder, very low quality plastic. Web site clearly states return policy, I am getting the run around where they started with a $2.00 return of funds and keep the produce. Now it is up to $6.00 and they will not give me a return authorization. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMAPNY. They do not honor the return policy

If I could give this company zero Stars I would. I wrote the company to find out where my package was as they're tracking showed it was delivered to another state. They came back with a new tracking that showed it came to my house. The package never arrived and I have gone back and forth 14 times in the last week getting the exact same response. They tell me to check with my neighbors that the package was delivered. I was forced to pay for the insurance but they refused to provide any information on how to file a claim with the carrier. Nor will they provide who they used to ship the package. This company is a scam. They do not provide customer service. There's a reason why you can't find a telephone number. If you would like to throw your money away then I would buy their products. Good luck ever getting them. They are a bunch of scam artists!

I ordered a hummingbird feeder that was advertised as glass, it was plastic and leaked. Despite their return policy stating they refund money if the item doesn't work, they refuse to refund me or take the item back… I am still arguing with them. I sent them a video, proof their item wasn’t working. I paid them for a piece of garbage, which they refuse to refund. They dont even want it back!

WARNING....I am giving this so called company a ZERO rating!! I ordered Beef tallow scented balm and they took FOREVER to send it but the real problem is that they overcharged me 9.00 and change. My total receipt was for 25.73 but was charged 34.74, plus a .48 cent surcharge!! This company is a SCAM AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! Pay pal sided with them even after I sent them a screen shot of my order and the total!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF SCAM COMPANY!!! AND IF YOU ARE A PAY PAL CUSTOMER, WATCH OUT!!!

Ordered3 elegant crocheted hats but they don't seem to be that at all. Don't waste your money

I’d give it zero stars if I could. First they tried to overcharge me. Then never sent me anything . It’s been months. They keep giving bogus tracking numbers that don’t exist. Don’t buy anything here. Total scammers.

I ordered 4 items and only received 2. The 2 I did receive were SIGNIFICANTLY different to the photos and description of what I purchased. They were smaller, made of different materials and of far poorer quality.
