Came to Leanne with not long to go before our remortgage was due and she was so helpful with sorting everything out, both Leanne and Alana were brilliant... took all the stress out of the process for us and could not recommend enough! Easy and simple for us on our end and would 100% advise anyone to use their service they are fabulous! (Even when I was rubbish at replying to emails) they were both supportive and patient! 10/10 service.

Recently remortgaged with Alana and Leanne at Direct Mortgages and they were absolutely fantastic. From my very first appointment with them they were so lovely, they gave me all the information I needed and helped me to find the best remortgage rate, they kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything so simple for me. I’ve had two mortgages before this with other brokers and it was so stressful it put me off even thinking about applying for a mortgage, but the girls at direct mortgages made it so hassle free. Avoid this business at all costs. They'll cost you thousands extras. You'll be chasing them for them to do their jobs.

They didn't even put our mortgage through leading to a 7% interest rate.

When challenged they panicked and put us on a. Higher rate.

I really recommend Direct Mortgages. Liam did a great job guiding me and my girlfriend to get the best mortgage offer to buy our first house. Simon did a great job of guiding me through the process of buying my first home. He provided lots of good advice and was quick to anticipate problems that might need addressing. I was tempted to get my mortgage directly with the banks, but Simon repeatedly demonstrated his value as an intermediary, and has been great value for money.

I've used Direct Mortgages since buying my first property in 2002. Throughout that time Kevin has been my advisor. Back in 2002 he helped me to get my first mortgage in a challenging set of circumstances. Most recently he's helped me beat the rate rises by acting ahead to secure a good deal.

Although I'm capable of organising mortgages myself, involving the Direct Mortgages team has made the process, easy, stress free and removed the need to constantly check the market. For the low cost charged I simply wouldn't bother doing it myself, I'm sure I've saved the cost multiple times over with the careful decisions made by Kevin.
