Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with, I ordered 3 items in black plastic (I could only get white everywhere else) which took no time at all to get delivered. The job I was undertaking was time essential and everything moved along nicely thanks to the delivery. The finials were top quality as well.

Have not received the goods so why have…

Have not received the goods so why have I got to review direct plastics. Estimated date was 16 th .Also I sent email to customer support they acknowledge recieved and said would respond within 3 hours this was 5 days ago am still waiting,not impressed

Wrong item received today after…

Wrong item received today after awaiting delivery for nearly a week. Hopefully things will be resolved with the correct item either tomorrow or Thursday

As soon as you reported an issue, our depot team acted quickly and resolved the matter within a couple of hours. While we understand that the initial error was inconvenient, we hope you were pleased with how promptly it was rectified.

Lack of Communication

The order was placed over a week ago with a delivery date agreed on for the only day i could be here today the 20th october.
Waited for delivery until 3 pm called customer services who then said a couple of brackets were missing so they didnt send the order.
Total lack of communication the only good thing is they refunded straight away.
Company needs to let customer know if there is a problem and not just let them waste a day waiting.
