I have found them via google as they had competitive, attractive price. When placing the order, I made a mistake of purchasing 2 similar items, which one of them I no longer need anymore so I gave them a call to adjust my order. After being confirmed over the phone for the adjustment I made, they confirmed that they will provide a refund for the price difference, however they tried to fool me by not providing a proper breakdown or calculation or an amended invoice. I made the calculation myself using the prices they had on the website and replied to their email before confirming the refund - which then replied being "it was an oversight and thank you for you attention to detail" no apologies whatsoever, which i find very odd. They then promised a refund that will be processed now and received in 5-7 business days .15 days later, a parcel with just 1 item arrived ( I ordered a total of 5 items), no refund has been received and I had to specifically called and emailed them back again as well as opening a dispute via Paypal to back me up as I had my concerns and this just felt very scammy. They then blamed my action on opening a Paypal dispute as the issue as to why my refund process was failed (which only been done 15 days later, exactly 2 weeks after the day they promised they were going to process the refund) and only provided extra information about the shipment being split into 2 shipments when enquired (I would have not found out if I hadn't contacted them). Despite the competitive, attractive prices I will never come back to them and give them business. Save yourself the troubles and time from dealing with a dodgy business like this.

Awful supplier. Be very careful as this group plays the game to keep your money. I will never provide them with business again. I purchased some paper bags and tissue paper for a charity event, selecting the express courier option (and paying for it). A few days later, I followed up, asking why the courier showed that the goods would take 6 weeks. They advised me the courier was too expensive, so they just sent my packages by slow mail. This is a blatant breach of the sale agreement, which was accepted on the condition the goods were express posted. They told me I could reject the package when it arrived, but they failed to advise me they had selected leave without authority. When I discovered this (i.e. no package rejection option was available), they refused to return or refund the goods. They declined any remedy despite acknowledging wrongdoing. They know the timeframes that impact returns and do not seek to provide goodwill in their dealings. Please be aware. They are cheap, nasty and focused on taking your money.
