I was skeptical, but they're the real deal.
I initially ordered on the 28th of March on a Saturday. I knew they wouldn't be able to ship until the next business day, which would be Monday, so I patiently waited. However, they did not ship during that time or the following week.
I did contact customer service thrice that week and the first time it was during their chatbot service and they were quick with their responses and reassured me my order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. That same day, I did email them too and was told it'd be shipped "soon" but wasn't given an estimated time frame.
After the 48 hours, my order status had not changed, so I contacted them again via email in which they said my order will be shipped the next week on Monday.
Following Monday. Not shipped. But I didn't email them at the time because I've been too busy with other things going on at the moment and it wasn't until Wednesday, April 8th that I noticed my order status had changed and I got a USPS tracking number. My order had been shipped that day, but I did not recieved a conformation email of it having been shipped.
It arrived in about 9 days. I recieved the flea meds I ordered, no damage and I did scan the QR code on the product to check the legitimacy of it and it is in fact the real thing. I was very skeptical of this website, but it was recommended to me by a friend, so I gave it a chance.
I grew doubtful when they had not shipped my order in almost 2 weeks and was considering getting a refund, but they're legitimate. Their customer service was very quick to respond to my concerns. I only wish it had taken less time to ship my order.
