Very easy and quick insurance that is affordable! Definitely glad I found this site.

A little confusing figuring out my policy name (something my storage facility required on their application), but overall an easy process.

Just got the insurance but the process was easy. Hopefully I won't need to use it but if I do, I'll update my rating accordingly based on the claim process.

Cheap insurance thats hassle free, takes right out of your account. If any problems customer service is very helpful. Did I say great prices?? A++ insurance!

I had to pay before I was required to provide a rental agreement just seems to be out of order. Public Storage did not offer a 12-month lease. So it's difficult to gauge whether a 12-month insurance was needed. Not sure if it was transferable to a new unit.

The process is easy and the cost was reasonable.

I called their team with a few questions, and they were really helpful in getting my policy set up correctly and answering all of my concerns.

Don’t know if these guys are legit or not. They don’t answer phone or respond to emails. Waiting for refund on a unit. Poor business practices at the very least.

"It is a scam. I purchased insurance with them, and when I filed a claim, they referred me to Airparking Insurance, who neither answer calls nor respond to emails. My claim has been pending since April 26, and no one takes responsibility. Both companies are scammers."

I got a policy with Discount Storage Insurance last year. I was very happy with the cost and the fact I could pay monthly, it was much less than the storage facility wanted. I signed up online and I got confirmation right away to show my storage facility. I really like the fact that as I have finally emptied my unit it was extremely easy to cancel the policy. Thanks Discount, you made my move a lot easier.

Scam Artists they sold me a policy agreeing to a contract then when I needed to make a claim they denied the claim and said they would refund me what I paid them for Insurance, crooks, I could have gotten a policy through a legit company and my claim would be paid. This will be going to court I promise I will cost them a lot more money in legal fees I don't care if I win or lose but I will run up their legal expenses

Paid for a whole year of insurance canceled after four months and they would not refund any of my money from the policy
