Excellent service, told me up to 2 business days to process my discharge papers, that was on a Friday, so I expected mon or tues, at least. Very happily surprised to see them process it that day, and I was able to order immediately and receive it on Tuesday instead. Good work, guys.

Poor Customer Experience
This business fails to support customers in meaningful ways
There is rarely ever enough consultation time and if a mistake or error is caused such as your phone malfunctioning causes issues with the call, they do not call back and they never guarantee you will get another call when requested.
The alternative is waiting 5 days for the next consultation.
The support is horrible and it’s almost like they want to keep a huge bridge between the customers and doctors to ensure things happen at slow and acceptable paces for their likings.
Go to literally any other cannabis supplier. Go to ones in your neighbourhood don’t even bother with this Australian nonsense.
